Hôtel Ô Suites Laval

It's clean, affordable if you need a room for 3-4 people with 2 beds. We paid 136$ in total it was worth the price. I don't know why people keep saying after 10PM no service" like yes maybe but they called us to explain that if we arrived after they have a procedure they were super clear about it. I rated 4 stars only because I have seen a little bit better but I would definitely recommend for a short time hotel."

This place is super clean. The staff is very helpful and courteous. Prices are good too.

Newly renovated hotel. Free parking. Clean rooms with good AC. Comfortable beds and excellent shower pressure with multiple jets. Lots of towels and face cloths are provided. The shower did tend to overflow on the floor a bit but we put an extra towel down and it was fine. There's a K-pod coffee/tea machine in the room with a small bar fridge and a long counter space with chairs to eat in or for preparing snacks.The check-in process was easy and the personnel is very kind and helpful if you have questions or issues with the room.Location : close to grocery store, pharmacy, cinema and restaurants. A car is recommended but there's a bus stop almost across the street that brings you to the nearest subway station (Cartier station - 7 min drive) that also offers free or paid parking if you prefer to use your car to get there. From there you have easy access to downtown Montreal. (Approx 30 minutes)We visited during the Montreal Grand Prix and purchased a metro pass so all public transportation was included both in Laval and Montreal.The neighbourhood looks a bit old but we found it to be safe. I would definitely go back and recommend this hotel if you're looking for a good rest at an affordable price.

Nice looking place, unfortunately my no smoking room wreaked of cigarettes, wifi kept dropping on my phone and tablet, had to use data just to post this review Sinus are killing me now.

A good location. Very quiet in rooms. Have a parking lot. 30 min to downtown in Montreal. In room was nor really clear, but looks like staff to try make all the best. You can't find any service or staff on reception at night time if you need it.

I’m surprised by any negative reviews - this has to be one of the coolest rooms I’ve stayed in especially considering the price! The LED lights were such a modern cool feature, and you could change the colours. There was a beautiful glass fireplace, huge gorgeous rainfall shower and a large jet tub. I wish I could’ve enjoyed an extra few days! The only complaint I have would be the 2 phone calls and cleaner knocking on the door by 10am even though checkout was at 11. I stayed at 2 other hotels in that week and nothing like that happened elsewhere. Overall lovely place to stay!(King bed room)

Horrible hotel it is not as advertised . There is no proper reception desk. The person at the front is rude. They act like they are doing you a favor by letting you stay. The photos do not match the hotel. It is more of a motel. However for the price paid, it is totally not worth it. The place was super small, smelly, and not accessible.I had asked for early check in and they ensured that I can check in at 2. It was 5 pm and I was still not able to check in as they kept saying room is not ready. They ended up giving me another room on ground floor even though I booked 2 rooms to be beside each other.Definitely would not recommend it.

I didn't stay at the hotel but the attachment Motel Newstar. It's a little confusing when booking because it looms like the same hotel but one is a motel. The room was clean and well-organized, had all the necessary amenities, and the bed was really comfortable. The front desk staff was friendly and attentive. An overall great experience.

What a horrible experience! The front desk clerk charged me for an extra night but when I noticed it when I called my bank when I arrived I told the lady and she assured me it was just a deposit ($165.41) and that I would get reimbursed upon check out . When I checked out on the Monday morning she argued with me that she did not charge me extra and I didn’t do a deposit either . She had no customer service , rude , no empathy and told me that she was the owner and manager. I told her I paid upon arrival 498$ and that they also pre-authorize 165.41$ Which is an extra day she basically told me I was lying until she called her boss infront of me who told her they need to refund me the 165.41$ Which will take 3-4 days . The rooms are humid, small, smells bad . Not worth the money at all . Stay away you can find better for that price . So disappointed
