Guardian Security came in to upgrade my home security system. Everything from my conversations and meetings with Brock regarding my system needs, and the installation process with Alex was top notch. Brock was available to answer any and all questions regarding the system upgrade, while the technician Alex did an efficient and thorough installation. Alex was extremely helpful in walking me through the steps in getting the system up and running, and taking the time in answering my questions. Very pleased with the system components, the company, and the staff involved in the process.

System refresh & maintenanceWe have been with Guardian for 15+ years now and they always provide great service. We recently upgraded our system to wireless and Guardian was great from the sales rep Brock, to the front office service staff, to the monitoring station. We have had great service for assorted upgrades, checks and maintenance from Alex their service tech. Always helpful, friendly, intelligent, and Alex is great at problem solving the complexities of a fairly large house security system. Always a pleasure and we continually enjoy the safety and peace of mind our system provides us.

He really takes care of the customers by walking through the house, identifying the security breaching areas and suggesting the proper solution. At the installation day Michael came with Alex on time and explained to him all of the work required by walking him through my house without any customer interaction.Alex is a super professional person knowing his job very well. He installed all the required equipment without any supervision required, programmed it, explained and showed the web and mobile applications.Also, Alex has tested all of sensors as well.During the past installation phase the team was also really helpful and responsive to my phone calls by guiding me through the required police application paperwork and suggesting me the proper security procedures, that I will need to put in place.Than you very much for your professional work.

We recently had Guardian out following some renovations. Michael was extremely helpful in helping us sort out what we did and did not need. The installation work done by Alex and Luis was done extremely well. They were quick and efficient and took the time to explain everything to us. We are extremely pleased with the result!

Mike came to assess our home and we explained our situation and then we discussed each window, door etc and what may or may not be an issue. He was very knowledgeable, and professional and then provided us with a detailed quote. He knew that we were concerned to have it installed as soon as possible. The install was scheduled immediately after. Alex came to do that. He had to assess our home which had had previous alarm equipment. He explained all of what he had to do and made it possible to use the products that were here. He was very knowledgeable about the system, explained it all thouroughly, was very friendly and professional. He worked around our schedule as we had appointments etc. He helped with the App as we are not especially tech savvy. We just had our security system upgraded. We could not be more pleased with the professional and caring service we received from our first telephone call to completion of the job. I spoke with Amanda who was friendly thorough and patient.She explained the process from start to finish answering all my questions with caring and professionalism. Our service rep was Jay, what a nice person. He was neat and tidy with the install ensuring that every alarm device was operating perfectly and took the time to made sure we understood how to operate our new system. He instilled confidence and was a pleasure to have in our home. All and all a very positive experience thanks to these two dedicated employees. I highly recommend this company.

The installation technician, Alex, is very knowledgeable, took care of every little detail, and took his time setting us up for remote access. Very professional experience!20220617: Called Alex to provide service and sone upgrades following a renovation. Once again, extremely impressed with his professionalism, knowledge and his attention to detail. He also called an associate to deliver sone extra parts while still on-site instead of delaying to another service call. I couldn’t be happier with the experience.

We have been with Guardian for many years. We haven’t needed much service with our system however we were ready for an upgrade. Amanda on the office was amazing to deal with. She got everything set up for us and was a pleasure to deal with. Super knowledgeable about the products and service. Alex the installer was awesome.
