It really was an amazing experience. I was originally apprehensive due to the invasive nature of what was being done. Meeting Mitch was great because he made me feel at ease. Having been previously tattooed, I had an idea of what to expect going to the shop, but was surprised by the cleanliness and level of professionalism everyone had. Can’t say enough good things about them. Would recommend them to anyone.

One of the first clients with SMP. Very knowledgeable about the process. With my scars and scalp conditions it came out so wonderful that a person could not tell the difference. I recommend to anyone with thinning or baldness as it will bring back your confidence and allow you to walk around hatless

I have always been self-conscious of my thin balding hair. I've tried all sorts of over-the-counter products to prescriptions with no results and after my first session with Mitchell, I knew this was going to help me. Mostly pain-free, the impressions on my balding scalp filled in areas creating a follicle looking DOT!After 3rd session, Mitchell created so much depth and volume to my hair!! SMP has given me an extra boost of confidence. It looks fantastic!! He did such a great job. Professional and efficient.Ladies, if you usually dye your hair, colour your hair before starting!I would highly recommend anyone dealing with thinning or balding concerns. 5 stars!

I can't say enough about Mitch that would do him justice for his skilset as well as who he is as a person.The talent that he has is second to none and his personality makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk into the shop and meet him. You will not be disappointed by his work and will never regret your decision to get scalp micropigmentation from Mitch. My only regret is that I don't have two heads for him to be able to work on me twice lol.

Mitch and all the staff were excellent during my current SMP Training course. The education was very detailed and focused on anything you could need from health and safety, creative style and how your work can improve someones confidence. I enjoyed everyones entusiasm and knowledge to help grow the SMP community and skills standards. Thank you for all your help and skill sharing. Studio was excellent and inviting and inclusive.

Hands down the best service and experience I’ve had in a long time. Mitchell and his team were very professional. He kept me informed about the procedure every step of the way. I was pretty nervous to move forward with SMP, but Mitchell had done this treatment on my colleague and those results were incredible. So I was able to move forward with the procedure with confidence. Somehow I feel my expectations have been exceeded. My hairline in particular is amazing.
