I came 2 times there and got turned arround. Worst service i came once waited 2h to get turned arround for extra signature for passport. I comeback another day everything properly signed even tho it was, and turn me arround again telling me they don’t take passport application anymore, telling the lady at the desk im a Security Guard and front line worker and work for the GG residence but apparently it’s not important cause the passport is job related and not vacation. If you’re front line worker ur not important as they say. Next time im going on the Ottawa Side probably get better service. Do not Recommend Service Canada Centre in Hull next to the bridge 1/10 poor weak service, people at the desk in front can’t help properly even tho it’s job related or front line worker stay away from that place.

After going 3 different times to the Prince of Wales office, to renew my passport without any success. This morning I went to Gatineau at 7 am, at 9 i was handing all documents, I will have my passport in 1 week. Efficient and kind personal. Thanks

Very good service.

4 times we went there to try for my baby's passport. The first time the pic wasn't valid, but they saw all the other documents too and said nothing. The second time there were data missing from the second page, but they saw all the documents again. The third time they said that the applicant for guarantor should be the main applicant, and again, they had all the documents. The fourth time they said the guarantor document was missing files that the comissionary of oath in Ottawa should've done. They also considered destroying the document we paid for. And started questioning why we didn't have a guarantor because we didn't know anyone and that's why we went to the comissionary of oath in the first place? What do they have to do with it??? This is a whole other level of incompetence, you don't want to work? Just quit instead of making other people's life miserable.
