We are having a terrible experience with RMS heating and cooling. He’s got our money since 14 months. One install after 8 months. At the time of installation they brought the wrong unit and it leaked within one month as the apprentices had not done a good job for piping the unit.My heat pump is not here and I’ve paid since Nov 2022 and it now June 2023. My furnaces have been removed a month ago and I don’t have fan, furnace or heating /cooling. I am looking for escalated process of redressal now. A few years ago things might have been great. Now, not so much.

Roberto certainly lived up to the five star reviews, he came over to the home very promptly and diagnosed the problem in a timely manner. New furnace was needed, Roberto took care of everything from getting the best furnace for the home and installing it in no time. Which was challenging as the space was tight and having to run a condensation line for the new furnace. I certainly recommend Roberto for your HVAC repairs.

Roberto is a trustworthy person and proficient at his trade. He was able to deal with a complicated problem we had with an older furnace. He found a solution that ended up saving us from replacing our furnace. I am very satisfied with his service and I highly recommend him! Thank you Roberto!

We needed our furnace cleaned. Rob made time to come over quickly and saved us big bucks down the road by thoroughly cleaning and inspecting all parts involved, including our heat pump. Rob explained what needed to be done, cleaned everything and beyond, was knowledgeable, proficient, and provided excellent advice for the future. Our family highly recommends RMS Heating.

Great company. Needed gas for our outdoor heater installed. Roberto came right away to look and was back within a couple days to install. Although their was approx. 40 feet of gas piping involved, he had it done in only a few hours and in such a way that you wouldn't even notice it unless you were looking for it. Highly recommend these guys!!!
