As I live out of town I ordered flowers for my sister's birthday, letting them know what colours she preferred. She was delighted with the arrangement and I was equally pleased with their customer service and reliable delivery. The BloomBox is always our 'go to' when we need to send flowers to family in Brandon.

Ordering things on line and from far away always stresses me out and something always goes wrong lol. This time was no exception. Due to weather delays, their shipment was delayed so my sons girlfriend would not be receiving the flowers on her birthday. Shaun was incredible with communicating everything to me, apologizing (even when I was frustrated) and accommodating the delivery address change. The arrangement they put together was even better than I expected. Just confirms my belief in always supporting small businesses.

The absolute worst place. They ruined my Valentine’s Day. Gave no updates throughout the whole day. Told us our flowers would come yesterday but they in fact did not. Anyway do not buy from here. They ruined my day.

BloomBox designed my bridal bouquets along with corsages and boutonnieres. They were so beautiful and the succulents they ordered in for my table decor was such a beautiful variety. Great service from the meeting right through to the big day!

Ordered a bouquet from out of province for my parents anniversary (they are in Brandon). As you can see the arrangement advertised looks nothing like the arrangement they received. With flowers of a different colour than wanted, to randomly added flowers. We wanted purple pop, not pink. I understand with covid that some things simply are not in stock at the moment, however I was given no notice or heads up" about the several changes that were made.To add to this I received 2 invoices. One when ordered and one when the flowers were ready for pickup (several days after my card was charged). The first invoice was for 84$

Super easy to order on-line. Small Mother's Day bouquet was perfect for both of our Moms. Nice that local delivery is free. Will use them again for sure!
