Went there once to pick up a few things and the service was really bad. It was unclear where I had to stand in line to get service. I had to signal someone who was washing the windows of the counter for help, because no one else was there. I asked what the difference was between 2 types of baguettes and they weren't able to give me a clear answer. When I asked if I could get some pastries, they asked how many I wanted and I said 2. The employee said in a very condescending way only two?!"... Then I went in front of the cash register and waited for a few minutes

I’m pleased with the opening of a Premiere Moisson in Verdun.Most bad reviews are due to either the price or that they support “local cafes”.While PM is a chain, they are not exactly “foreign” like Starbucks. So the 1* is not fair/valid.We ordered a Croissant sandwich and it was okay.The crème brûlée that we took away on the other hand was delicious.I like that this space is huge and clean.Regarding the quality of employee (cashier), it does seem like the cashier in other locations are more… efficient.Will be back to try the cinnamon rolls and matcha latté!

It's ok. I visited the store in the evening, around 5 pm. Some of the pastries did not feel very fresh and I waited there maybe 15 minutes to select and pay. Probably under staffed.

Selection is great, food quality is great, nice location. Only thing taking a star from it is the queue system (2) and how inefficient it is, which leads to staff running around a bit and people queueing longer.

They've spent a half a million bucks on the storefront but just can't seem to keep the shelves stocked. First it was the fougasse au bacon et cheddar, in stock sporadically, then discontinued without telling staff or clients, then the baguettine in the same flavour and now I walk in midday on a Wednesday and they don't have their staple parisienne (baguette). Don't waste your time if you're going for a specific item and especially not any time after like 2pm.

Came here today; the day of opening. It’s pretty big with a space to sit at the windows. The place, since it’s new, you see how it’s very clean and neat especially under the bright lightings. They do carry a lot of products and have a lot of baked goods ready. Since it was the day of opening they gave their reusable bag as a small gift:) They probably had a lot of people come in in the morning and when I passed by in the afternoon they were still very friendly with their smiles!

Large, spacious and welcoming.Staff is pleasant and there is plenty of choice for ready made or take away, including frozen fare.While I prefer to support the small shops, this is still a nice experience.

Bright and spacious interior, latte tasted smooth, good variety of sandwiches to choose from. Croissant aux amandes was a bit too sweet though. Would come again!
