Amazing drawings of homes.

My building plan at first was received promptly. There was some errors at the beginning which is to be expected with the first attempt. Once I took these plans to a builder I decided to alter them slightly to make them better then bare minimum code and to suit our needs better. Had to call John a couple of times after two weeks had gone by about getting these changes done. There was lots of miscommunication from this point forward. We would go over the revisions that needed to be made, however they would never all be remembered by the time the drawing was complete. We have never received a drawing without errors. Ended up paying an extra fee for the revision due to all the work being done. Meanwhile most of the extra work was due to there own mistakes. John has a wealth of knowledge and a good reputation in the area. Know people that have had a great experience. Sadly mine was not.
