Wish I could give it 0 stars.The worst pharmacy staff I have ever experienced.I’ve have many unfortunate experiences here, from having the wrong medication filled to prescriptions straight up not being filled.In November 2021 I had the worst experience at this establishment. I am not an emotional person, and the pharmacist made me leave crying after yelling at me for 5 minutes. My doctor’s office had a mix up with paperwork, resulting in my prescription not making it to the pharmacy. Instead of extending my prescription that I have been on for 5 years, she yelled about how I was an irresponsible patient and refused to give me a 3 day supply until I could get in contact with my doctor. I left without my medication might I add, which was my anti-anxiety medication. I simply couldn’t bring myself to go back and listen to the blonde Russian lady tell me off again. I transferred my medications to a new pharmacy after that.December 2021 the pharmacy messed up my boyfriends ADHD medication right before his MUN exam. I had to call (while he was in his exam) to try and get it figured out, only for the pharmacist to be dismissive, rude and condescending about the fact he wasn’t calling himself. He walked into the pharmacy the morning of his exam expecting for his medication refill to be there (because they won’t refill him until ALL of his prior medication is gone), but was met with someone telling him they don’t have any in stock and that he would have to do his exam without it. This was his first of 3 back to back exams this week. That is awful patient care. He transferred his medication to a new pharmacy after that.Absolute horrific service. Save yourselves the headache and go elsewhere.

Went to pick up a few things with my girlfriend and the lady in the cosmetics department and a security followed us around, they never even tried to hide it. Never asked us if we were looking for anything or if she could help, just skipped to treating us like criminals.

Store is fine. The pharmacy is the issue. Their ability to fill a prescription in a timely fashion is abysmal.

I would like to also give 0 stars. Every department is great except the pharmacy! The worst experience I have ever had, I constantly had to fight to get my prescription, and even when I got it, it could be late or I would be treated terribly. An employee also told me I basically had to do their job for them, and track down my own medication because for the third time they ran out. I could go on but I really don't want to waste any more of my time.

A very unprofessional pharmacy. Dropped off 2 prescriptions and asked to be contacted when ready. Waited several hours. No phone call. Returned myself. Was given 1 prescription and told that I didn't drop off 2. When I reassured them that I did. They all of a sudden found my second prescription and told me they didnt have the item in stock. They said they would order it and have it by the next day. When I arrived the next day. They informed me they didn't have it and couldn't get it. Told me they contacted my clinic and was told to tell me to use an alternative. I contacted my clinic and found out that they had not spoken to my clinic.

How can i give a 0, no phone service, never got full prescription. never can get energy service you run out off pills when dr. is out. mail box is full all the time

If you enjoy waiting in long lines for the pharmacy then this is the place for you.

Literally the worst place to get a prescription filled. The pharmacy staff are excessively unprofessional and do not care about their customers. You can never get through to talk to anyone within the pharmacy, and if you are lucky enough to get someone on the phone they will say whatever they can just to get you off the phone. Your prescription will be ready at 5:30" will turn into you showing up at 6 to them telling you they haven't bothered to fill it yet or that they don't even have it on file.Every time I've gone inside to pick up my prescriptions

The store is fine but the pharmacy is unprofessional. I needed several epi pens for potentially saving my children's lives, I paid for all of them, then got home and realized they had given me one and put an IOU the rest of the epi pens sticker on it without telling me anything at the store. Have had a prescription for a topical creme which they never completed. At one point they just claimed they could not do it, later they could, then they just never did. Have been told they need days to fill out simple orders such as filling birth control. Once I was given a prescription that was 4 times the strength it should have been. I have moved to a new pharmacy, i recommend avoiding this pharmacy.
