First Call Restoration and Construction

After my parents house burnt down the house and the restoration began nothing but relief was felt. However that soured quickly so here are the pros and cons:-the by fold doors on my grand mother's closet are 1.5 apart in the middle AND on either side-They RE USED old siding that was on the non burnt side of the house. Problem is now the siding is all different colors because one side of the house gets sun and the other doesn't.-The inside of the house has cracks in the paint where the corners meet the main support beam.-The cabinets doors are not level AT ALL-The board underneath the cabinets has a 1" space on one side and less then a half an inch on the other so either the board was cut lazily OR the cabinets aren't level.-The dish washer hasn't been bolted down so when it runs the CARDBOARD backing they installed pops out.-When the master tub fills up with water it SAGS AND PULLS AWAY FROM THE WALL meaning it never had support installed.-Finally

Roof leaked the were used for clean up and repairs now roof leaks in more places. The lady goes on sites and they give themselves 5 star reviews. Sketchy company wont fix mistakes on their poor craftsman ship

Very poor response very very very poor quality insurance company is going to take them to court 20000 so far to fix their mess-ups beware

I can’t say enough for this company from Mike and his crew to Nancy in the office. They stayed on top of everything, always answered my calls within a few hours, called me for updates. I had ice backup on my roof, causing it to leak into my living room. They took charge of everything with ins company, and took the stress of me. New roof looks great, they cleaned up absolutely everything around my house.I would recommend them in a second!
