I feel Vancouver registry staff are neither sincere or trustworthy and kept my motion for almost 4 months submitted on October 25, 2022 or held in bad faith without any reasonable explanation. When asked about the delay, three different court staff gave three different narrative about the delay. And said to be typical.

In the Canadian Federal Government and based on my 20 years experience of Canadian “SYSTEMS”: the staff and EVERY Registry Officer is so professional and helpful and HUMANE Zane kind, I swear I cannot describe in words. If I really write down my true experiences, you will think that I am exaggerating . That are so phenomenally good and helpful within the Norms of lawful guidance that it will be huge injustice for not to tell the world that how Extraordinary and Special are the ALL staff and especially the ALL Registry officers at Vancouver Federal Court, my experiences are unreal. I wish other Canadian Institutions be like the honourable staff/Registry Officers or may be someone arrange to learn from them. Super humans, honestly. My experiences may also be a bit different because I’m an immigrant and back home, the corruption starts from Registry officers and over there it’s a common word of mouth that “to resolve your case, DON’T hire a lawyer, But hire a Judge but first of all, hire a Registry Officer. The Vancouver Registry Officers have been indescribably Humane and extremely respectfully and responsible and always willing ti help and guide: what a blessing. Bravo Salutations to the honourable Registry officers and their Management who have created such a wonderful working environment and you feel among the best human beings. Thanks all the way.
