CX - Hazelview Properties

Nathan was knowledgeable, open, and honest. He made every effort to be flexible, straightforward, and responsive. Overall, I was impressed, and even though I didn't end up signing a lease at CX, a friend of mine did, I can recommend!

Everything about this place has been nothing short of amazing. The location, amenities (gym, dog park, dog wash, study lounge, social lounge, and more), and staff have all been wonderful. The cleanliness of the building is like no other - having a cleaning staff on hand, working hard, every day. Inside the apartment itself is a great space filled with all new appliances (bonus appliance of a small dishwasher and in-suite laundry), and not to mention how incredibly sound proof it is. As far of living downtown goes, I have always felt extremely safe in this building, having all the extra security measures in place (cameras everywhere, well-lit, fob and wireless entry).Overall, I would highly recommend this complex!

The longer I live at the CX, the more I despise it. When I ask them to provide the most basic service (like fixing the lock on my door or plowing the snow on the property) all they offer is excuses. Fine, you refuse to provide service for my money? As soon as possible, I will leave you in the dust.

We enjoy our days here. It's quite new. We enjoy the large windows and the wonderful city view.

Two words for Hazelview and most of its employees: cheap and lazy. And once you move in, they try to sell you healthcare. I suggest Hazelview and its affiliates try to rise above mediocrity in property management before they expand into screwing up other aspects of people's lives.

I just visited and signed with this apartment. Nathalie and Mary are great and made the whole process easy! I look forward to living here.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting an apartment building managed by Natan, and I have to say that the experience was exceptional from start to finish. While I ultimately didn't end up renting an apartment, I was extremely impressed with Natan's professionalism, responsiveness, and overall approach to working with potential tenants.From the moment I stepped into the building, Natan made me feel welcome and at ease. He took the time to show me around the property and answer all of my questions, providing me with all of the information I needed to make an informed decision about whether or not to rent. Throughout the entire process, he was incredibly patient and attentive, always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that I had everything I needed.One thing that really stood out to me was Natan's communication skills. He was always easy to reach and quick to respond to any emails or phone calls, which made the entire process much smoother and less stressful. He was also very thorough in his explanations, making sure that I fully understood all of the terms and conditions of the rental agreement before signing on the dotted line.Overall, I would highly recommend Natan as a building manager to anyone looking for a new apartment. His professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are second to none, and I have no doubt that he would make a fantastic landlord for anyone lucky enough to rent from him. Excellent location. Clean building. Elevators are fast, not much wait time. Secure parcel lockers are a plus. Also, the building’s maintenance team, Enis, is responsive, helpful, and quick to resolve maintenance requests/issues.

Horrible leasing staff.Deal with this staff named Nathan;1. Barely reply to my follow-up email after my visit and the response was super slow.2. Promised to follow up with me after my call on a certain day but he never did.3. Another promised to follow up at a certain time on the same day, yet again he never called.4. He said the management can only accept the application 2 months from the move in date unless I move earlier, which is I have to pay more (pro-rated). So I waited for a few weeks, yet when I called him again (since he never follow up with me), he said now they only accept 6 weeks before the move in date.I understand that sometimes the management change the requirements, but at least reply to my emails, keep me posted; especially when you promised to do so!It is very frustrating to deal with this passive-lazy leasing staff. If the leasing staff already this lazy, just imagine how messed up their management is.Glad I don't move to this place

First of all the cx Building is amazing and beautiful. Very secure, the amenities for the dogs is great. They accept all types of dogs small or large your pet will be accepted with smile.I was in contact with Nathan first who is understand clearly my stress and the importance to have an appartment quickly for me and my dog just arrived from France. Mary take care of my case after to the beginning at the end and once again I was in a good hands. I recommended 100% this appartment for the kindness of the people and the location.
