Rocky Mtn Chocolate

The selection that they have is amazing! The receptionist who answered the phone, I believe her name is Ellie, was so lovely and helpful in answering my questions and her recommendations for specific products were aboslutely spot on! The packaging for the chocolates is also very high quality and recyclable. Wholeheartedly recommend this place!

We bought a bunch of chocolate bars of different flavors (maple and walnut, caramel and pecan) from Calgary airport, and they were LOADED WITH SUGAR. Highly diabetic bars, couldn't even finish a bite Won't recommend it to anyone. Very disappointed.

Great selection of chocolate and discounts on factory seconds lots of parking. Most of the chocolates are hand made fresh up stairs in production ....cheers!!

I bought the factory seconds assorted . It is good price with  lots of different kinds of chocolates. There are also have a sample of chocolate. There are have amandes Macha chocolate, It is awesome tasty. so I got it too. lol ~!! Receptionist is so kind and she was let me know about there r products. very helpful staff. Sometimes I will visit to here .It is good for gift.

The staff was nice and helpful but I bought some factory seconds chocolate and it was gross and chalky. From what I can see there was no date on the bag and they were in the window so I think maybe it's a problem with old/half melted chocolate. Not worth the money even at a discounted rate.

Yum, yum. Great assortment of chocolate at a reasonable price. And, special price for 2nds by the bag. Not your dainty pieces, these are for real chocoholics in a big bite. Enjoy.

UPDATE in response to Rocky Mtn reply - Further disappointed as in your reply below you said you contacted me. This is untrue - I received no such call and have no missed calls. The reason I spoke to someone in the store is because the driver had me on the phone, and mentioned the staff were quite rude to her. You also said below you tried to provide me with an alternate product - also untrue. I'm ordering chocolates for my mom for mothers day - of course I would have accepted an alternate product!!Very disappointed in my experience. I ordered chocolates to be delivered from the Rocky Mtn Chocolate website to be delivered to my mom for mothers day. I got a call from the driver indicating they cancelled my order because Rocky Mtn didn't have what I ordered. I received no notification, and no options to replace my order, and this is all before I even received a refund.Rocky Mtn proposed zero solutions except to try to order online again - absolutely not! that's what got me in this place in the first place. If they can't handle keeping up with the delivery then it shouldn't be an option on their website.Now my mom will be sad that she thinks her daughters didn't think of her on mothers day.

The manager has to be the most understanding, professional and honest person I have ever met.Alison needs a raise. The staff at the front are friendly and fantastic. The chocolate makers are the greatest crew ever. Would be fun to work there.Alison the manager has a great team atmosphere happening there. All the staff seem to be happy and proud of being a part of the Rocky Mountain Chocolate family.

They have high quality chocolate at reasonable prices. If you don't mind chocolates that don't look perfect, their deal on seconds is well worth the drive to pick up. They don't always have seconds so it's best to check before you go, if you're looking for the special.Their no sugar added chocolates are delicious. I find a lot of sugar free chocolates taste terrible, but these ones are so good they almost taste the same as the regular ones. I get them for my diabetic grandmother all the time, so that she doesn't buy regular ones.They now also make dog safe treats.
