I have used this company now twice to install all new lighting in my condo they were replacing builder grade lighting fixtures. They are so professional, accommodating, responsive and any of the electricians that come to my house always want to clean up after installation and I insist no I will do it, as that's not something I expect from them. They have hauled a 12 foot ladder up 4 flights of stairs just to reach my vaulted ceiling. They also fit me in at the last minute when I had a last minute holiday something I would never expect from a busy electrical company and always communicate with me in a very reasonable amount of time by text and phone. I would highly recommend them if needing to replace some building grade light fixtures in your condo.
