With the help of Gary my family was able to watch our old family videos which we had not seen in years! We now have these memories forever on an external hard drive. Gary was able to rescue and covert all of our VHS tapes and old slides. He was extremely helpful and worked hard to deliver precious family moments in record time!

We always go to HMS when we need a DVD montage for our family birthdays. We are consistently impressed by the finished product. The picture transition is outstanding and the music has a perfect flow during the slide show. There is always care and thoughtfulness put into the finished product and we are never disappointed. Excellent customer service too. They are always friendly and helpful and emails and questions are answered right away. We recently moved from Hamilton to the London area, and we still use HMS for all our video needs:)

We had a last minute surprise for my cousin on her wedding day and Gary was able to get us a projector and a screen to use. When I picked it up he went through everything I needed to know and showed me the different sizes of screens he had available. He was super helpful and went above and beyond.Highly recommend!!

I would definitely recommend Gary for any technical issues with your equipment. He transferred VHS tapes to digital format for us and recommended the current up-to-date version. He retrieved a toy piece of lettuce from our multiple CD player. He retrieved a broken VHS cassette tape from our player and without us asking transferred the info from that tape onto another blank tape for us. I would like to thank Gary very much for his help and I will definitely be returning in the future if any of my grandchildren decide to play with lettuce in the future!
