Wonderful time kayaking at a low price!! Cheaper than most other rental facilities. Staff was friendly and accomidating, there was no wait time. Great views.They have beautiful cottage to stay over night with full facilities of bore-fire and furnitures.A very quiet place for writers or readers to enjoy their work.It was little difficult to reach this place but once you will be there, you feel proud at you decision.

Awesome place! The cabins are cozy and the waterbikes/ kayaks were a great time, you can tread the lake for a few hours, wildlife everywhere. The owner Sam the boat man" great guy

We rented a canoe, then we went on the waterbikes.It was a GREAT experience, Sam is an awesome guy.Rates are affordable and the place is really nice. If you want to get away from the crowd, this is perfect.The BIG thing for us was the Hobie Mirage Eclipse. Never heard of it? Check out the website or google it.You are standing on a board and working a stepper that propels you forward. You can go very fast while you work out. Really easy to adjust to it, our 14-year old daughter figured it out in seconds.We had a great time. Thank you, Sam, we will be back!We highly recommend Muskoka Waterbikes

BEST WATER ACTIVITY! Reserved the water bikes. So fun & unique! Went for a swim in the lake to cool off too. Have never seen water-bike rentals in Ontario. Perfect summer visit to the beautiful city, surrounding nature views and Prospect lake is nicely secluded :) what a great way to be active, peaceful and adventurous all at the same time. Sam is such a great host. Very accommodating. Thank you for a great day, Sam. We can’t wait to be back again soon!

I just want to share and most memorable and exciting experience at this location. Sammy is a kind gentleman and wonderful person. It’s not hard to figure out why this place is such a highly rated. The kayaking experience was great and the water was warm and calm. My wife and I had a very enjoyable outing and will be returning soon. Thanks Sammy for a great experience

I had the most amazing experience here on this beautiful lake with Sam as our guide and host. This place not only gives a beautiful outlet for the body to be with water on this peaceful lake, bit a place to calm and reconnect with nature and spirit. This is a retreat like no other. I highly recommend seeing this place and getting on those bikes !
