Never seen a store manager so involved with the store seeing Kevin both at customer service and getting the haba manager for me was a delight!

Needs more tills open but helpful service and cheap prices.

The only place to buy groceries in High Level. They charge what they want, they stock what they want, and you can pay for it and leave. Nobody cares what you want. Staff are avoidant and some were obsessed with covid tyrrany when they had their chance. Some were friendly and directed me to what I was looking for, others don't want to be bothered.Meat is expensive and beef is extremely over-priced and the selection is terrible. I am not brave enough to attempt to eat any of the yellow, slimy chicken I see them stock frequently. Pork seems of quality if overpriced when they decide to stock it. Interestingly, they have a selection of fish which rivals a major urban centre, and it is of quality even though I don't understand its focus.Produce exists, but don't expect selection and please check your products before loading them into your cart to make sure you didn't grab damaged merchandise.By no means ever purchase any of the 'pre-cooked' food. You will get sick from it. It has been sitting forever and is of terrible quality and questionable sanitation. A clearance sticker means 'antique from yesterday' rather than 'about to expire'.I laugh that they still claim to sell Sushi even though they have never done this - dry, crunchy rice falling out of seaweed wrapping is not what the Japanophile in me had in mind.Checkout is extremely slow, and hindered by management's refusal to deal with habitually problematic customers pulling checkout ' i don't have enough money so I'm going to hold up the line until someone offers to pay the difference to get me out of the way' scams. It can happen but its a gryft if it happens regularly.You will put up with it or you'll have to go to La Crete to get your groceries, jerk. You give them your money and take your stuff and get out of their way, its about them and not you.

This place is lame. Shelves are never stacked. Always gotta make these (KIDS) run into the back and look for my stuff and then never come up with what I’m asking for. These (KIDS) Don’t care about the work place just talk hang out and SLACK OFF !! You ask them a question they’re like “ i dunno “ useless I tell ya! Maybe hire people who WILL ACTUALLY WORK !

Wish they actually have more then 1 or 2 check outs open when they have lines backed up by 10+ people.

Very friendly staff. My cashier was Audrey she's an amazing individual. Her customer service is flawless.

The cheapest grocery provider in town. I was surprised to see some Asian items, some keto-friendly bread, Chipotle, and many other items that you won't expect to get here. Their meat is local Alberta meat, which is great. They also provide lots of vitamins with reasonable prices. Highly recommended for a big family!

I love this store! They have a variety of products at affordable prices. You can even get some products in bulk. Clean environment and great staff.

Worker “Amelia” was rude as hell, she gave me and my family member attitude and she was throwing our stuff around too and even rolled her eyes at me. Need friendlier staff even almost charged me extra for stuff that wasn’t mine too

Building is dirty with dust everywhere. The building is not maintained well and I fear that for the produce in the back, I smelled a rather disgusting stench when passing door nearest the deli. The manager is a good guy at first but will get angry incredibly fast when taking down about his establishment.
