Sara and staff do an amazing job and we are very lucky to have her. She is on time, has great communication and most importantly does a thorough job. I would strongly recommend her!!!

I'm very happy with the quality of the cleaning services that Sarah and her staff provide. My house is always spotless and they go above and beyond in making sure my home is thoroughly cleaned. Also, I had to cancel my appointment one week and they were more than willing to accommodate another time.

Sara's cleaning service is fantastic. They have been my cleaning service for 2 years now and always do a great job. I have two medical offices and make sure everything is cleaned properly. If you want a professional job at a great rate Sara's cleaning service is the way to go!

I really wanted to like this cleaning service because Sara is a nice person and has thoroughly clean my home the first time but it was a disaster after that and I cannot say good things about this company honestly. I wanted to schedule a monthly cleaning so Sara advised to do a first time deep cleaning which I agreed to. This job was done well (they forgot a couple of spots but nothing major) and I was happy to pay a much higher price as compared to other companies in the area. However after this, everything went downhill. To cut the story short, I discovered they took away one of my detergent solution (they are not supposed to use the client's stuff, they advertise that they bring their own - and the price probably includes this). I called to ask and Sara promised to bring it back but never did. Then she forgot our next appointment, and when I called she first made it sound as if I had to call back to remind them (not the agreement we had). She finally admitted she forgot and we rescheduled for another day. On the same day she was supposed to come, actually an hour later than our appointment, she called me and cancelled it, with the promised to call me back to reschedule.... never did. This was 3 weeks ago...never heard from her after that.In all honestly I cannot recommend this company at all. I live in Williamsville and would have been a very loyal customer as I work full time, have a baby and 2 dogs.PS: they advertise to use organic detergent but it is simply METHOD, which is not organic.

Sara has cleaned our large Williamsville, New York home a number of times and each time it amazes me how fast, yet how thorough, immaculate and efficiently this gets done and gets done at a very fair price. I have never had her team break anything. They do a great job with the hard to clean bathrooms and kitchen and focus on the details in each room (like dust between the railing posts). Sara has high standards for quality cleaning. She is always on site as part of the team and inspects the areas her team members clean. If their work is not up to standards, she makes them redo the job until it is done right. I highly recommend Sara's Cleaning Service because of their quality, integrity and fair pricing.

Sara and her team are very professional and thorough. The cleaning was done quickly and my house was left sparkling! They get the tough spots and areas that I least enjoy cleaning. I plan to use her monthly going forward!

I have been using Sara's cleaning services for almost two years now. Especially now with an 11mos old baby, we appreciate her services even more. I have had to change the cleaning sessions a bit recently and Sara accommodated my requests with grace (and some were on short notice). She will deep clean spots at request and no extra charge! I cannot recommend her enough.
