Excellent service by two very knowledgeable gentlemen at the parts/service counter.Such a refreshing change compared with too many clueless, indifferent (or just a lack of) people who just don't get the concept of customer service. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Thank you very much for your kind shop assistant. They contacted the dealer for me and the dealer sent me the parts directly. Now my bathroom faucet is fixed. You won't be disappointed every time you go there.

Worst Customer service ever.Sale person speaks very sweet and you feel like service never received before.But, wait until you receive your order.You will never get your order.Left messages, nobody calls.No confirmation of getting order. Supposed to get items today. But, no confirmation.Don't go there.I would give zero rating to this store. Because, after my rating, the store people promised to get me the right item to be deliver and guess what? Again, after week and half, they sent wrong item. I have paid in advance in full. (Very first day - because of customer service I got - I shouldn't have done that).Now again, we have to deal with the contractor to reschedule, taking time off the work every time they say delivery is coming and every time getting wrong item. This is waste of my time and money.I would never recommend to anyone to go to this store in Pierrefonds.

I would like to give 5 stars to your parts employee, JAMES ZUCCALA. He has helped me, many times. He is totally dedicated to his customers. He will not let a customer leave, without fully satisfying his/her needs. He knows everything about plumbing and the associated parts. He, definitely gives your company a very good name. Highly recommended, to others who need help in the plumbing world.

Worst service ever. We spent over 6000$ and we are missing parts for our toilet. We called several times since march 2020 and nobody, including the manager has the courtesy to return our phone calls. Before they got our money they were great after they got the money they pretend to not remember anything. We have a 4000$ toilet that we cant even use because we are missing some of the most important parts to make it function. We have been waiting on these parts since January. Very disappointing to be treated this way . We would not recommend this place to anyone. Save yourself the stress and wasted time, shop elsewhere. At this point it's not only bad service, it's more like stealing.

Ive been serve by Mme Katia at Vague et Vogue Pierrefonds. I must say my experience with her and costumer service was excellent. Very helping, kind and clear, she did go the extra miles to answer all my questions and make my purchase/delivery easy.My plumber did recommend me to this store for the quality of their products. A little bit pricey but the quality is definitely there. I am happy so far.

The worst customer service experience EVER. I regret having ordered such expensive pieces only to find out they have the poorest after-sale process. I have left numerous voicemails and passed by physically in store to get an answer as to when my delivery date is expected (after awful and unjustifiable delays) and nobody would get back to me even after they promised" to do so. I even offered to go again and have went already once to pick up my own materials from the warehouse in St Jerome so i can control the process. Still waiting in the dark. My contractor is leaving by tomorrow and won't come back till July. in the meantime

I've dealt with this store (almost always the parts dept) half a dozen times over the last few years and every time I do I come away feeling glad that I've done business with them. They're most helpful, knowledgeable and friendly and it's really a pleasure to deal with them. So much so, that after seeing them again a couple of days ago, when I first dealt with Jim and then an hour later, with the owner, I felt they really deserved a good review.

Knowingly LIED to me about my spout replacement not being under warranty. Attempted to get $500 from me to order a new piece through them LOL. Finally got a hold of the manufacturer just now, discovered it's free of charge!

the worst customer service I have ever received. You walk in the store, beautiful showroom. Do not be deceived, the products that they say you will receive never come in stock. The salesperson tells you lies and that then never call you back. I have been chasing my sales person for over 5 weeks now for updates on my order that I placed 3 months ago.I was told they would have it available in 2 weeks when I placed the order. I have called and left numerous voicemails and no one calls me back. I am so fed up. These were big purchases but once they have your order they do not care about the service afterwards. If you are looking for high end bathroom supplies I would take your business elsewhere. Not worth the headaches and hassle.
