I must say I had a bad experience last time I rented with U-Haul. But this time hands down was the best experience I have ever had, gentlemen was very polite and professional and made sure everything was good with Dolly.Thank you so much and will definitely do business agian at this location

Picked up a truck to rent for the day. It had 3/4 of a tank of gas in it when I started. I did about 60 km in it and put the $10 of gas required to get it back to the 3/4 full mark. The return agent had the nerve to tell me I didn't fill it back up to the same level and I owed another $30. I told him if I put $30 in it will be full, so I did that. He refunded me $20 of that which is still a rip off.Don't rent a truck from here unless you want to be ripped off. I certainly will never rent another vehicle from a crooked shop like this.

They know that going above and beyond matters and is important for the costumer satisfaction which is becoming rare these days.3.

If there were no stars, I would put zero.A crook, deceptive, and dishonest eastern-Indian owner.Although I filled up the tank to the same level It was , He charged me extra money claiming that the gas gauge indicator is a bit lower than it was .I don’t recommend renting from this place at all .

I was very please with the customer service. Moving can be pretty stressful and I felt no hassle and was able to cross getting a truck to move, off my list. I highly recommend renting a truck at this location. The service was fast, professional and affordable.

The U-haul is part of a health and wellness store. They had our truck as reserved a few days prior. The owner if the store us friendly. We only borrowed the truck for a couple hours and had no problems with the transaction. Overall a pretty straightforward experience. Nothing notable to add. I only gave 4-stars as there was nothing above and beyond about it.

HORRIBLE service. The man at the counter was very rude making disrespectful remarks and assumptions without reason. Upon requesting the truck I had reserved the man asks me if I wanted insurance and I declined and he responds “you better be a good driver if you’re not getting insurance”. I ignored it and proceeded to pay. He did not advise me that it had to be a credit card for payment (all I had was a debit visa) so I proceed and it “declined” and he goes on to laugh and sarcastically say “you have no money!” Right after that I told him he could keep his truck and I left to the U-haul located on 50th st nw where I had great service. DO NOT come here.

My overall uhaul experience was bad. I booked my 20 feet uhaul more than a month ago as I was moving houses. One day before my pickup date, I received a call from the owner/operator asking me if I can delay my pickup until 10:30 AM instead of 9 AM. I sad OK. I was there at 10:30 AM and the owner (Sunny) told me that my truck is on the way and should be around 10-15 minutes. I have waited for more than an hour with no updates and the u-haul did not show-up. Finally, I was told that that truck is not answers the calls and I have to go and pick up a smaller truck from a different location which is about 20 minutes away. This ended us costly me time, money and more work since I had to make more trips instead of the originally planned one trip. I felt that the whole handling of the situation was unprofessional by the owner at that location.

Would definitely use this location again and recommend to others. I had excellent customer service. Very happy with my experience at this location.
