Coffee is hit or miss here. Sometimes it is so bad it's not drinkable. Stingy with filling in wraps compared to other Tim's locations. Most of the drive-thru staff are unfriendly and rude, but some are nice. Hit or miss with that too, but it's the closest one to my home.

Mr. Horton, who I've heard hears Whos from time to time, truly never disappoints. As an Australian, to find such a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere so far from home is truly something special.Not only that but the coffee is incredibly flavoursome and bloody delicious. I will most assuredly be coming here again.On a side note, Mr. Horton's provides fantastic eavesdropping potential as it would so happen. The stories I've heard unfold from the comfort of my seat have been truly life-changing. A form of incredible, free entertainment while I enjoy my delicious coffee. It simply can't be beat!Whatever it is you're doing Mr. Horton, I suggest you keep doing it as you've created a truly fine establishment.

The atmosphere is very bad in that tim horton because when they hire new worker they don’t give the chance to learn even they judge in only few hours .Mike and Reeta judge the person in just few minutes even they also confused in many tasks .But other staff is really good .Jagjit kaur and others are good to make best environment.

Service very slow. To many seniors working in some Tim Hortons. They get confused and tripping over each other makes Service slow .I have nothing against seniors, I am 75 years old myself .

I’m a huge Tim’s fan but we had bad service, bad coffee and a terrible toasted bagel with extra cream cheese. The coffee was so dark and old. The server was not friendly nor would keep eye contact to pass the coffee. The bagel was warmed, not toasted and the amount of cream cheese was so stingy, it hardly existed. I snapped a pic to show the bagel. It tasted like dry dough. Sorry guys you didn’t get it right this time. More often than not, this site makes these mistakes over and over. I’m not sure what has changed in the past few months. We were driving thru so I couldn’t go back and ask them to make it right. It was quick service tho.
