I had a fabulous experience with Dr. Yeung and his team, his front office staff are incredible to work with, his nurses and amazing and so helpful. 1 specific nurse I had a couple of times Jean is so beyond fantastic to deal with , she is so kind.

Dr. Knox did my fluer de lis and upper thigh lift in March and he and his team at PLC and Art & Fact are amazing. The follow up appointments are very thorough and he always makes the time to answer questions and offer advice.

I’ve had the chance to connect with Thomas a few years ago at another clinic in Calgary and understood immediately he would be the only one to perform any aesthetic treatment I would desire or need. His skills are on another level, he is truly dedicated to his art and very responsive and sensitive to any concern one could have. Everyone else I’ve met so far at Art and Fact, as well, is very pleasant and attentive without being phony or pretentious. A five stars easily given, all around.

I have been struggling with self esteem issuse for may years due to acne scarring, etc. I always thought that I would have to just live with this horrile feeling.I am a firm believer that looks are not as important as what we possess on the inside, but whenever I walked past a mirror it as hard on my mind and my heart. I saw the damage that the acne and my picking at it left each and every day, and as I get closer to 50 it was becoming much worse simply due to age. It was becoming more and more painful to see the damaged that I had done getting worse and worse with age.Kylee helped me SO much! She helped me to decide on a treatement that is appropriate for the level of skin damage and walked me through everything with such care and attention. I was so scared about the whole process, from the treatment right through healing and Kylee made it very easy on me.I have had two fractional laser treatments with Kylee. She is fully invested in helping people to feel better in the skin they are in as well as making the process as painless and scare free as possible. I have other treatments in mind and I am absolutley certain that I will be going to Art & Fact, and of course Kylee for all of my needs.I have never had more beautiful, clear skin or felt better about myself than I do now at nearly 50 years old.I have no regrets and have referred several of my friends to Kylee.I am so grateful, this experience has changed my life!D.

Dr. A. Knox and the entire team at Art & Fact were so supportive before and after surgery. The art&fact staff are very accommodating of my language barrier and put me at ease - I feel cared for and listened to regarding my ideal outcome for every procedure. Dr. Yeung and his team are amazing! They provide the best care and service for their patients. I had my first injectables and laser experiences at art&fact. Cynthia and Kylee were both are very good at what they do. I felt very comfortable with all the treatments. And I’m very happy with the results.

Totally recommend Cynthia and her team! I've been going to Cynthia for well over two years now (total of four procedures). Through each procedure, she ensured that I was well informed and educated, and provided me with a lot of great recommendations based on my facial features.
