Caster Town

Larry and Jeff were wonderful! Helped me find the wheels I needed. When I couldn't get one wheel off to replace it, they helped me get the axle end caps off, cut a new axle for me, replaced the bearings and put the wheels back on. Such great service. Thank you for making my day a bit brighter.

Found the only casters that worked for 1940's style bedframe/ Vanity dresser & Upright dresser I had searched all the bigbox home improvement stores to no avail then I found castertown who had exact ones great service and premium quality if you're looking or casters of any size it's the only place to go

Great service! Knowledgeable staff! They don't seem to mind that I keep coming in with weird requests for casters! I keep modifying old retail clothing store racks, and they're willing to listen to my problem, find a solution, and I leave happy!My staff has been 3 times at my instruction, with just pictures and an idea, and I've been in once, and we've been 100% satisfied with service, quality and price every time!Definitely returning as I get more racks!Thank you for being patient with me!!

I can’t believe I’m writing a review about casters but here goes.The only place I would shop for casters in Vancouver. Not cheap but definitely worth it to get quality casters that roll easily. From my experience the easier it is to roll the more you'll be inclined to move it- which is why you put it on casters in the first place. They follow COVID protocols quite strictly which is also comforting.

These guys are on the ball!!! They have the coolest selection of wheels etc I have seen. On top of that and even more important they have a lot of odd ball junk that might not sell often but is there when you need it. My guess is they don't use accountants who have no clue about customer service and only know inventory management software" and their bank balances. This of course means they always have stock!!!! I never walk out of there empty handed or settling for something other than what I wanted. I don't buy a ton of wheels but I am there buying something about once a month for the last quite a few years. I love that joint!!! On top of that they even serve up the best caramel candies and chocolates!!!"

High quality products. My company has used this place a few times over years. Today Larry helped me with a weird setup on a work stand that needed to spin around. They had an adapter kit that worked perfectly. Thanks Larry!
