All Weather Windows

Had some problems with windows opening and closing and locking. Tried giving them a call even though they didn't make or install my windows when the house was built. Talked with Heather who was very knowledgeable and she set up a consult with Gary to figure out what was wrong. They provided me with a quote, I agreed, they ordered the parts and Heather and Gary made an appointment with us again when the parts arrived. Now all of our windows work perfectly and couldn't be happier!

Friendly and efficient, a one stop shop for all your windows and related needs. I never felt pressure from the staff to buy anything I was not ready for and all my questions were answered accurately and honestly. What else is there when you are looking G to make a major purchase?

We recently built a house and used almost all terra 2750 style windows from all weather.I regret the decision almost every day.I have had the technician out twice. Once when we finished building and again two months or so later as the spring mechanism in the sides constantly malfunction. Due to COVID I have not been able, nor have I wanted to have a technician here on a regular basis.The windows are very noisy and do not slide properly most of the time.I have had to remove and adjust or repair everyone so far.(most many many more times than just once)Difficult job? NoWhat I should have to spend my days off doing on windows that are new? NoExtremely frustrating and poorly made product? YesWould I recommend all weather windows and doors to others?Not even my ex mother in law

Horrible customer service, This company has a decent product but the people we have had to deal with have know business dealing with this product. head office needs to clean house on there Lethbridge branch.I've been doing business in Lethbridge for 22 years and customer service is everything. Wake up people you have a 5 star product and your riding its coat tales.

We were very impressed with the customer service from everyone at all weather windows. They were quick to solve any issue we ran into, and made sure that we were 100% satisfied with our beautiful new door. They went above and beyond for us and we would highly recommend them to anybody.
