All owners and staff are so friendly and accommodating. Great recommendations for drinks to try and the atmosphere is so bright and modern. They have 10% off all drinks for their soft opening! Lots of space and they offer wifi for those who want to sit in and study. Would definitely recommend!

The Alley is finally in Guelph. Lovely drinks and atmosphere. Our favorites are the Deerioca Fever and The Alley Trip Milk Tea. It's hard to go wrong with The Alley's Picks Top 5.

okay so the first time i went there was a great experience and drinks were delicious, pearls were perfect. then i came again a few weeks later after opening and i had the worst deerioca puff i’ve ever had (pictured in the white looking drink). it was extremely milky and runny, and the pudding was in crumbles, not large chunks like other locations. i could barely taste the brown sugar and the pearls were very HARD. there was also A LOT of ice and very little drink, even from the photo i think people can tell how off this deerioca puff looks. this could be a case of new inexperienced workers.

The manager and service was really lovely. Their atmosphere is really nice and clean. They accidentally messed up my order, but they were honestly so kind and sweet about it. They gave me an extra drink. The staff is very friendly. They also make really quality drinks as well. I will definitely would come back again: I highly recommend this place!

Very nice place- clean, a lot of seating, charging stations! Got the earl grey with pearls (less ice, reg sugar)- not overly sweet, creamy, nice flavour (although I usually like mine extra strong but this was good)! Curious to try try other flavours and drinks!

Clean and spacious and contemporary location. One large marble looking table fits about 8 to 10 I think. Tall stool seating by the window for maybe 6 to 8 people can't remember exactly and then about 5 tables for 2 people seating by the side. The wait is a bit long but worth it. Quality of bbt is good. Saw about 4 other couples come in after lunch and the guy at the counter was nice and helpful to explain the drinks. Very patient as we had 5 adukts 5 kids in our group.Def would recommend this place. Price you might find a bit higher but comparable to specialty drinks at Starbucks so nothing you're not used to but again this is good quality bubbletea. Thank you The Alley for a great experience and to the young lady that made sure she said thank you and goodbye to our group as we left. It's the small things that are nice.

I have always wanted to go here. I was first time that's why I ordered Deerioca Fever". It was sooooo good! Tapioka was chewy. Even after 30 minutes later still chewy. I really love it."
