I was very lucky to talk to Gary for purchasing the used car. Gary is very kind and reliable person. He always tried to keep the best condition of cars before selling, and if there’s any issue, he tries his best to cover that. Bought a car here recently. Took it to Meineke for a pre safety and was told that there was an issue with the exhaust. Dealer said it would be fixed before i picked it up. Picked it up and drove it home and it was worse than before. Contacted dealer who said he would fix it, few emails back and forth then nothing. As a single mom of four, i don't have money to fix something that was promised would be done beforehand. That was the reason i chose to buy from a dealer and not a private sale. Disappointed and not looking forward to having to pay for repairs.Edit: after taking the car to my own mechanic I was in shock. I got a call from my mechanic demanding to know who had sold me the car. The noise I was hearing, was definitely vibration. The entire sub frame of the car had rotted and then had been covered by plexi glass. The car would never had passed a safety and my mechanic said he could kit return the car to me as it wasn't safe to drive and he was surprised I had been driving it around like that without an incident. It was gonna cost around $3000 grand to fix. I contacted the dealer and was told they would fix it, however I didn't trust them. They offered to pay my mechanic to do the work but after talking to my mechanic we decided that I wanted my money back as my mechanic said there could be other major problems hiding. The dealership came and picked up the car and I did get my money back. However if I had not trusted my gut and had my own mechanic check the car, something horrible could have happened to me and my children when driving. This place does their own work and safety.

We have been coming to Lakeshore for many years and have always had a great experience regardless of what issue our car is having. Gary and his father are so considerate and always find a way to keep the costs as low as possible, while maintaining great quality work. I feel confident to ask them any questions I have about my car and they always take the time to explain what is going on. It is so nice to have a mechanic I can trust wholeheartedly.

I was in search of a mini van for my parents & they found me one for a really great price. I bought an older model Toyota with low miles for a great price from Phung. Because I have been travelling, I have had to have the routine service done, out of town. Every mechanic has marvelled at what great shape the car in and how I got such a good deal. Would definitely buy there again.
