We have dealt with Home Lifecare Services for a number of years and we were so happy when they opened up their new location on Kingston Road. Greg has always been friendly and helpful and has always done his best to accommodate our needs.Recently my husband and I purchased new CPAP machines and Wendy took care of us. She was excellent and took the time to listen and determine what our needs were. She was extremely conscientious and checked for proper mask fit and patiently explained how to use our new machines. She made us feel very comfortable when we asked questions and we could tell that our satisfaction was a true concern to her. She is a definite asset to the company and I would recommend her highly.We will happily continue using Home Lifecare Supplies for all our CPAP needs.

The thought of wearing a mask with a tube attached made me uneasy and was concerned that it will make my sleep even more interrupted. However, because of the sleep test which resulted in severe sleep apnea, I was more concerned about my health. My initial visit at HLS was a great experience. I just walked in and was told that I should’ve made an appointment because they are very busy. However, as it turned out Wendy’s appointment canceled and she was able to fit me in. Her equipment and systems knowledge and experience was great. She’s very personable and accommodating. All information she shared was useful and greatly appreciated. She was very patient and went through the setup of the machine and mask adjustments precisely. She made sure that you knew all the how to’s with the items you’re taking home. I’m greatly thankful that Wendy took my appointment and glad to have her as my consultant in my journey to better health.Edmarc

How lucky I was to have had Wendy guiding me through this new experience. She taught me so much with patience & encouragement. I had several questions with each subsequent visit & she answered each one satisfactorily. Wendy is so personable, helpful & easy to talk to that it made my learning that much more comfortable & easy. What a gem!!

I wanted to take time out to mention that being served and looked after by Wendy was the most pleasant experience. NOT RECOMMENDED! Please look for other cheaper options! Please be aware that these guys are selling service named Wireless Remote Assist" for $200 that is free of charge in other companies and it is something you will never use. "Since we can see your APAP data we can troubleshooting over the phone with you. We can send reports to your doctor when they request information. This saves you time from having to schedule and appointment and come into our office every time there is a problem or your doctor requests information." this is their explanation of this service. BUT you can download reports via card reader directly. and other companies offer this service for free. There are other companies with twice less price for masks. they sold me a mask for 350 and other companies have it for 150. they don't want to make any price match."

As a first time CPAP user I feel very fortunate to have received Wendy's expert and friendly guidance and support. She put me at ease immediately and was always very thorough in her instructions and assistance. She is always considerate, knowledgeable, and professional - a real gem! Good experience overall but I feel very lucky to have had Wendy to guide me.She is very personable and her knowledge of coverage, equipment and supplies was very beneficial.I also appreciated the time she spent to get the right mask fitment. I had some issue getting used to the nasal pillows but because of Wendy I was able to adjust to my treatment comfortably not missing a single a night.I believe without her my experience would not have been so smooth and easy.
