Mary Allen If you and your employee Tim wilson can't take responsibility at least guid them not to push customer to remove their name from review.I have all the conversation record in text messages and emails.I would not recommend this dealership.Specially Mary Allen and Tim wilson.I bought the car dealing with Tim we agreed if he provide me the safety inspection on the car I'll buy it and he did privided me. I drove 500 Km to pick up the car,as i am from New Brunswick. I picked the car on 21 of July came home very next morning ABS light Turned on. I contacted him in the morning he never replied then I sent him the picture which I have on review.he never replied after 2 days he replied back saying with answer like I do understand but there is nothing i can do about it .Then i contacted Miss Mary allen about the concern aand she was on holidays and took long time to reply back.she closed the case after 3 months by saying its more than 3 months.

Tim was the best salesman i’ve ever met! He helped me pick out the perfect car that would last me a little while so I could get my money’s worth outta it! He doesn’t sell cars that aren’t any good and he’s very honest! He let me take my time and didn’t rush even if i didn’t make my decision same day! I highly recommend Tim Wilson!!!

Was so happy with my experience purchasing a used “as-is” vehicle from Tim Wilson here at Wholesale Direct.I went there wanting to have a look at a specific car I had seen online that fit right in my budget. Didn’t know much about the company or their business model ahead of time. Spoke to Tim briefly about the Hyundai Elantra I had my eye on, but it quickly became obvious that it wasn’t the right car for me.Instead, Tim suggested I look around their lot for a couple other vehicles that would fit in my budget and bring a list back to him. No high pressure sales tactics. Let me kinda do my own thing and check in with him as needed.I picked out four other vehicles, we quickly eliminated three, then Tim suggested two that were also on the lot.Ultimately, I took a Volvo out for a test drive and it instantly felt right. Took it to a nearby mechanic, completed the safety inspection and had them give it a quick once-over before returning to finalize the sale.Again, no pressure. Tim was able to pull down the total price to meet my target budget and wrapped up the purchase like the pro he is. Seriously the least amount of stress I have ever experienced while purchasing a car.Buying “as-is” may not be for everyone. Certainly comes with some risks, but the risks can be neutralized easily with a trustworthy salesperson and if you take your time to get your choice of vehicle properly assessed.I will definitely consider buying from here again in the future. This is my new-to-me Volvo C30 looking all pretty.
