Williamson Uxbridge GM - Sales

In November I had my Ram stolen from my driveway. Richard and Brittany Bartley made sure I was back in a new truck before Christmas. They went well beyond the extra mile. They care more about the customer and your complete satisfaction than they do about the sale. I have boughten a lot of cars over the years and dealt with a lot of different sale people and they are without a doubt the best. Hence why this is the fifth vehicle in two years we have purchased from them.

After a recent visit to Williamson Uxbridge I was blown away. From the moment my partner and I walked in to when we left we were content and amazed. The staff are above and beyond! We came from Whitby to look at a used truck for my partner and as soon as we walked in we were kindly greeted by the receptionist who immediately offered us a water, coffee or a pop while we waited for our sales representative. As far as our sales rep Tony Pepe my partner and I were in awe at the kindness he showed us. As two young adults looking at vehicles its been difficult being looked down on but Tony greeted us with such an amazing personality that even when we test drove the truck my partner and I couldn't believe the amazing customer service we were getting. We roughly spent 4 hours at the dealership but the time spent was great! We chatted the whole time with Tony and really felt welcome and treated like adults. Tony really went above and beyond to make sure we would be leaving in a safe and reliable vehicle. For someone who only recently transitioned to a car salesman from working with heavy machinery, we would have never guessed. Tony was so awesome in dealing with us and offering us drinks multiple times (something no other dealership had even done for us) Considering they were short staffed the day we went my partner and I weren't even bothered due to the simple fact the environment was so friendly! Joel in finance is also so friendly and so nice! He was so easy to talk to. He was so super patient for two young adults with plenty of questions! My partner is over the moon excited to pick up his new truck and so grateful to the staff at Williamson Uxbridge. We will definitely be returning for any future vehicle purchases! One last thank you to Connor Lloyd who patiently emailed back and forth with me about setting up the appointment to come and test drive the truck!
