I did not purchase my Mazda here, but I did have it serviced for a recall here.Excellent service, everything was explained to me as to what they were doing, it was quick and efficient and they even cleaned the outside of my car for me.While I waited, I was approached by the front desk associate and a sales associate. Neither were pushy, both were friendly and informative.I even got free key chains! Thanks Mazda; I'm so happy to be in the Mazda family

The service at Lethbridge’s Gary Moe Mazda has always been great; however, when Chase heard about a problem I had had with a previous purchase, he went above and beyond to rectify the situation. We had a Civc to trade-in looking for a family vehicle. After chatting with other dealerships a friend recommended Mazda. I went in and had a conversation with Dan about a better vehicle for my family. They absolutely knocked it out of the park and we now have a gorgeous car that fits us well. 10/10 would recommend Gary Moe Mazda to friends moving forward!

Honestly can't say enough good things about this dealership. Bought a used vehicle without being able to see it before hand. No pressure sales, pricing was straight up and no hidden fees, answered all questions promptly. They also took care of an issue that came up right after the purchase. You and the team are great Dan!

We found the entire process from start to finish to be very stress free. The salesman who helped us was very eager in sharing his knowledge and apparent love for the vehicle. Showing us its many features, options as well iconic eastereggs hidden around the vehicle. Not impressed with their maintenance service. They took my elderly mother for a ride. She would have to wait almost all day to get her oil change done and a headlight bulb replaced. They charged her hundreds. She then went to Mr. Lube were she got faster, friendlier service, and almost quarter the price.

For an individual not from Lethbridge, AB, and located a few hours outside of the city; the purchasing process was very very smooth and enjoyable. The staff as a whole' were knowledgeable, efficient, and most! Important, personable. My vehicle was delivered to me at a convenient location and before the scheduled time frame. I showed up to location expecting to wait a bit' and to my surprise! Off and away I went with my new purchase. Clean, no hidden surprises, and feeling happy and comfortable.
