We had all plywood and shingles replaced. Platinum crews arrived promptly and thoroughly tarped and covered all surfaces where nails could fall or damage could occur (safety is essential for us, as we have kids who like to play on our grass. See photo). We also had a unique requirement where spray foam insulation needed to be applied when the roof decking was lifted (photo), which required careful coordination between Platinum and the insulation crew (Reitzel, also recommended). Owner Nick was on site and made it his personal mission to ensure that the job was done safely, smoothly, and correctly, and I couldn't be more pleased with the result (photo). Truly over and above.

2021 was finally the year the we were able to invest into replacing our roof, gutters, soffits, eavestroughs and siding. We started shopping early in 2021 as we expected things to get quite busy as the spring time approached. The experiences and quotes varied quite significantly from one offer to the other, Platinum Roofing was the last company that we received the quote from and it immediately improved our shopping experience with the professionalism that the owner Nick and rest of his team provided. We ended up choosing Platinum Roofing’s quote and when the work started his whole team was nothing but professional during the whole process, the main house roof including a flat roof located at the rear of our home was replaced in a single day, second crew arrived the following day and did an amazing job on replacing our siding, gutters, soffit and eavestroughs in a timely fashion. We couldn’t be more happy with the overall experience, price and most importantly the final product. Thank you again to the whole Platinum Roofing team for all of your fantastic work!

We had a phenomenal experience with Platinum Roofing, and I can't recommend them enough. We were fortunate to win their free roof contest this fall, and as first-time homeowners, this was a wonderful gift to receive! We were blown away by their generosity and professionalism. They did an amazing job on our roof (pewter grey colour) and even ensured that the accompanying metal (vents, drip edge etc) were black to create a beautiful sharp look. They finished our roof in one day- crew arrived promptly at 8am and were finished by 2:30pm. They cleaned up quickly and we were very impressed. From our first contact with Sean for an estimate, we knew we were dealing with a trustworthy roofing company. He was professional, not pushy, and gave us a very fair estimate. Denise in the office was a pleasure to deal with. She was always available to take our questions and answer them promptly. And always with a smile. (Okay, I couldn't actually see her through the phone but you could hear it in her voice). Nick the owner was available before and on the day of install for any questions we had. Paul, the site supervisor, was there as well to answer any questions. The crew arrived on time on the day of installation. And the crew..what can I say? A terrific group of men who were professional, hardworking and fun to deal with. They cleaned up the site exceptionally well before they left. It was as if they weren't there except, of course, we have a nice new roof to prove that they were. Overall, you won't be disappointed with this company. I highly recommend them!

Would highly recommend Platinum. The whole team leading into the work was great. Sean was informative and I appreciated his no-pressure approach. Denise was patient with us as we were asking questions and ironing things out. Nick was honest and up-front on what we needed and did not. Paul and the team did great work. The roof looks amazing, they took extra care with all of our things, and added a couple nice touches they didn't have to. Would highly recommend.

In 2014 after a lot of research we hired platinum roofing to install a new roof. From beginning to end they did an amazing job.Fast forward to March 2023 and we notice a leak in our bedroom ceiling. I was unable to find my receipt. I called anyways hoping they could help. From the moment Denise picked up the phone I knew it was going to be fine. She was so pleasant and helpful. Paul the project manager gave me a call a short while later and reassured me with his calm cheerful demeanour that they would get to the root of the problem and fix it. He was willing to work with my crazy schedule and quickly found the potential problem and communicated it to us and fixed it.I can’t express how much I value great customer service. Even ten years after the initial roof install I am so grateful I went with this company.

Platinum replaced the shingles on my roof and everything went smoothly. They had great communication, very professional, fair pricing and worked very clean. Other companies came in high on their price and tried to work down as I provided details from Platinum's quote. Platinum came in fair on their price the first time. The entire roofing experience with Platinum was 5/5. All of the staff are friendly, professional, and super helpful. They accommodated our schedule for the roof and aluminum install which was very much appreciated. During the roof install we were presented with 3 options regarding the plywood related to cost, and we really valued the transparency and giving us the option. The crew also did a very thorough job during the clean up where every member of the team was constantly scanning the property for nails etc. The quality of the work was very impressive and we have already recommended Platinum based on our experience to friends and family in the area.
