Person today humiliated me. Told me I was to old to be there on my own, that I needed assistance. They then insisted I sit and wait for my food, just to get back up again when called. NEVER have I EVER had an experience like this before at this Tim's. I go there everyday for my lunch, know someone of the staff by name, including Sagar and Johnathon. But I didn't know this person. He or she is new and needs to be retrained on AODA rights. I am a disabled person, but don't treat me as such unless I ask!!

When I ordered my coffee a very tall woman with no teeth took my order she had flour On her face and her hands were dirty I handed her my money she handed me to change with dirty hands and then proceeded to go And prepare my coffee I watched her reach for the stirring spoon and the cup it was in did not have fresh ice it looked like a cup of coffee she dipped her fingers in not by accident and then proceeded to stir my cup with it I watched the pastry crumbs and that gross liquid from that cup drip into the coffee she was preparing for me I said I'm sorry I cannot drink that Your hands are a mess can you please have someone else prepare me a coffeeShe didn't even wash her hands tried to prepare me another cup I said never mind I'll leave I went to the gas station to use their bathroom because you don't have to ask for a key like you're in elementary school and after using the wash from at the gas station I went back to Tim hortons to request a refund and explain the problem the 2nd lady who spoke with me tried to say that the tall lady had just washed her hands and that's why they were wet when she was preparing my coffee and I said no I watched what happened she put her fingers in that dirty stir cup water after having Stuff from pastry on her fingers and that leaped into my cup and I wasn't taking it and then I got accused of yelling and swearing and the one lady who is short and obese told me she identifies as Bob

I went there twice and got a farmer's breakfast wrap and they did not put the hash brown in and they charged me the full price and before they change the cups which is not the workers fault but I burnt my private parts when they handed me the cup with the new lid and ended up all over my car cost me $270 to get it detail and cleaned inside when the owner of Tim Hortons said I'll get my workers to do it how are they going to do it they don't clean cars professionally it was everywhere on my seats and everything I didn't sue them or nothing but point being is the disrespect I'm not even paying for my car to get clean I had to do it at my own pocket which is pretty bad.

Johnathan was very friendly, happy and had great customer service! I drove away forgetting my coffee but Johnathan reminded me before I drove too far. He reached far out of the widow to pass me the coffee in the drivethru. He was a sweetheart. Thanks again Johnathan :)

Witness a 6 or 7 year old and her father ask for the washroom key 5 times and a employee completely ignored them. Not happy with the service from front counter from sagar as I have gone in more then once while he's working and I wait in line for over 10 min and he just goes snail speed hope he will pick up as this is my favorite place to get coffee.
