Freshslice Pizza

This restaurant is the worst restaurant I ever placed an order.I placed an online order for medium pan pizza. I was excited and hungry but when I saw the pizza it was skinny thin crust pizza. I called staff they said that’s their pan pizza. I have worked in Pizza place and know how a pan pizza look. I showed my whole staff they all agreed that it was a thin crust pizza. I called this location to speak to Manager they said Manager is not in till 1030 next morning.I told them I will bring the pizza back to the restaurant when my shift gets over which was 1000 in the night. They said yes bring it.Just to tell I received the order at 13:20.At around 2228 hrs. , I went to the restaurant and showed them the pizza. This staff picked the slice and said yes it is their pan pizza.I told him I don want this pizza. You can keep it.Shamelessly that staff kept the pizza and did nothing.I would honestly tell please not to visit this location. And if you are thinking of buying pan pizza from Freshslice just be ready to get a thin crust pizza.And just to mention the staff was making pan pizza on a perforated pan double the size of pizza dough. I do not know what’s their SOP’s but not going their not ordering their again and will make sure none of my known friends, family member order food from their.I have so much frustration because my day was ruined because of Freshslice pizza today.Fake slice pizza

I recently visited a local pizza store in my area and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with friendly and attentive customer service, which immediately put me at ease.The menu had a wide variety of options to choose from, and I eventually settled on a classic pepperoni pizza. The pizza was made fresh to order and came out piping hot and delicious. The crust was crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside, and the sauce and toppings were perfectly balanced in flavor.In addition to the excellent pizza, I was also impressed with the cleanliness and overall ambiance of the store. Got the unlimited topping medium thin crust pizza deal for $10. It was good, but I prefer a thicker crust.

We took 3 Extra large pizzas. Butter chicken, bbq chicken and veggie. The chicken pizza was good, but the veggie was horrible. It tasted like it had been sitting there for days. Our guests were vegetarian and didn’t enjoy the veggie pizza at all. So they were left with nothing to eat. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

We took different slices and made a pizza. However, butter chicken tasted very bad. I would recommend to make it the way you use to before.After two months of posting this review. I ordered again.I clearly wrote in instructions to make a fresh pizza. But they sent the stale one again. Which was even worse than before. I don’t know how the store is still running. Literally worst pizza ever. I wish I could give 0 stars.

The worst fresh slice location in lower mainland. The food quality is never matching the fresh slice levels. The pizza slices are never cut properly and the SERVICE is worst to experience. One can never expect to receive such service from any store. They just want to get rid of their customers and get them out of the store as soon as they can. Worst location for fresh slice pizza.

I spent $42+ for two pizzas and I barely see any chicken. I want to ask the owner, would pay $20 for a box of pizza with barely any chicken? I’m not buying here anymore. Waste of my money.

Today I ordered 3 topping pizza online. When I reached at the restaurant, one of the employee said she didn’t receive any order. After that she checked in the system and she finally found it. Then she had a confusion about the payment. As asking for the refund, she said the system was changed so she have to double check. Finally she said she will make my order within 10min. After 10min I got this and I paid $15 for this. Seriously??

This location of FS is horrible and cheap out on everything. Their staff is rude, they cut the pizza horribly every single time, their crusts are so uneven and often times burnt. They cheap out and use non-FS boxes, stickers, & plates so who knows if their foods are of the expected quality or not. The plates they use are from a grocery store and are smaller than the slices of pizza. I have had SO MANY bad experiences with this place over and over again. I’ve spoken to management so many times about legitimate issues over the last few months that never change, it is clear that they don’t care.

110% will never be going here again, this is the worst run location of Fresh Slice in the Lower Maninland. Their food is not to the Fresh Slice quality standards. Have had the same $9.99 pizza at other Fresh Slice locations and it was much better. Can't believe the low quality standards and they are still in business!The dough wasn't the micro thin I asked for and they missed on three toppings: Red Peppers, Grape Tomatoes, and Spinach. It would have been better to drive to another location cause you'll only be disappointed here. They will probably never improve, don't see it happening unless theres a new owner and management. Very poorly Indian run operation, naturally the owner doesn't care looking at all the bad reviews.The Fresh Slice head office should send random testers to this location to see if the quality measures up or take further action.
