I am a runner and needed an appointment as I pulled a muscle in my back. I was able to get an appointment with Brooke. He was thorough, worked on exactly what I needed. I didn't feel rushed and I felt very comfortable with him. He checked in with me when needed for pressure and sensitive areas. I was able to move again after my session.

I have terrible neck and shoulder pain on a regular basis and it took trialing many different RMTs until I found Brooke. He took time to listen to my issues and recommended lots of home stretching exercises for me. He is a thorough RMT and I would recommend him to my family, friends, and coworkers.

Brooke McDonald was my RMT for four + years in Coquitlam. I am an English teacher who, thanks to marking, experiences knots and spasms in my neck, shoulders, and back. I saw Brooke once every two weeks, and was often his final appointment of the day. His strength, energy, and enthusiasm never waned. He was always punctual, and I received a full hour-long massage that left me feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. He listened to my explanations and targeted my aches and pains in a caring manner. As a peri menopausal woman, I was grateful to have Brooke as part of my “wellness team” - I left each appointment smiling and looking forward to my next visit. Brooke’s attention to cleanliness was always evident, and I never experienced billing issues. An athlete himself, Brooke is well-versed in sports-related strains and sprains and offers suggestions to stretch and strengthen muscles. Brooke, having moved to Courtney on Vancouver Island, is unfortunately no longer my RMT, but I now count him as a friend. You will be in good hands with Brooke McDonald!

Brooke was amazing at helping me get my hips, back and calves all back into alignment after a long recovery from a broken ankle. He was also able to get the inflammation that was stuck in my ankle moving and draining. I’ll miss you Brooke - our loss is Courtney’s gain!

Brooke is an amazing RMT! Strong hands, super professional, and really knowledgeable about health and fitness. I saw him on and off for many years for neck & back stiffness. Brooke has been my massage therapist for over two years since I had multiple car accidents. I strongly recommend his service to the people who are suffering pains and issues because he is one of the best RMTs in BC.

I had the pleasure of having Brooke as my RMT before he moved to the island. He is extremely professional and good at communicating. He made me feel very comfortable and was able to relieve some tension in my muscles. I always enjoyed my treatments and the chats we had about exercise and health. I can't recommend him enough! Although, I wish he didn't move so he could still be my RMT :)
