Michaels

Staff are always incredibly friendly. Manager was wonderful while I dealt with issues with a Doordash order (Michaels was not at fault for the issue the delivery driver was). My only problem with this store is how low on stock they always seem to be with yarn, DMC floss and a couple other things. I only can find about half of what I'm looking for every trip.

Cute things in here. Good selection. But Pricey, and a confusing layout.

Smaller store with a smaller selection but still nice.

Staff are always lovely and helpful, never too busy, and always has what I need. However Micheals itself is a bit pricey so I recommend checking the Dollar Tree craft section a few storefronts down for your craft needs before buying the same item for 3× the price.

Great products, Michaels always has what I need. The employee I worked with today seemed like they have been missing their breaks and hasn't had a day off in months however. When purchasing some fabric I was hoping to get 5 pieces at certain size--when I asked to have them cut that way I was told thats not what we do here" and was sold the fabric all as one long piece. I'm hoping that you will consider adding a service where customers can buy the quantity of fabric

Ezra is the friendliest cashier, love coming to this Michaels when they're working!!

The store and all there merchandise are perfect, however the customer interactions and care need to brought up to par. Not so kind staff make it not really a store you would want to go to.

I am a regular here at Michael’s, it always brightens my day whenever I am in store and Ezra is on the announcements!! Please have him on announcements everyday he is truly wonderful

I've been a loyal customer of Michael's for over 10 years but I've hit my limits. I've had so many issues with my rewards account and getting michaels to even respond to me. But today I went to return 3 balls of yarn and I didn't have the receipt. The yarn was all a Michael's specific brand but I was told they would only refund me 80% of what I paid, store credit only (I was fine with store credit if it was 100% of the purchase price). Michael's is so expensive, they charge a premium on everything and now they want to cheat me out of money I've spent on their product? Then they'll sell it for full price, as all three balls are in perfect condition (see pic). I honestly feel used and abused by Michael's all these years. I even went as far to exclusively buy from them for my small business. I've avoided shopping at michaels lately because of the issues I've had, but have continued to when i've needed things. But today has made sure I'll never return.I can't be the only one feeling this way with Michael's... I hope they start listening to their remaining customers.

I get overwhelmed walking into Victoria Michaels... Wish it was more central and not isolated in upper corner of Uptown Shopping Centre.Prices are OK; you can find cheaper at Walmart downstairs but quality counts...especially with picture frames and art supplies.Staff were very nice, helpful to find discount that saved me 30%.I wish it was located at the Bay Centre; it would be busier and foster individual craftiness :).I like it!
