No greater place in Toronto to buy electronics.When you go to the large box stores you end up talking to a kid who has little to no idea how to answer any question you may have. At G&G you speak with someone who can talk you through the good/better/best options but who also knows how to make sure you have everything you need to make it all work.There is a reason they're still in business when many other small retailers have been knocked out. Great service, great support and competitive prices.

This place has been a landmark in Scarborough for more than 60 years. I was looking for a specific record cleaning solution for a gift in December. This place showed up. I called, and the shipment was arriving the next day. They held it for me till the end of the week. I was very happy with the service. I was happy I got it in time for Christmas. Thanks, G&G staff!

Terrible experience. I made a purchase on best buy marketplace which was through G&G. The headphones they sold us were extremely oversized and looked worn. We did not even fully open the item as soon as we saw the condition. When we tried to explain the situation we were told for hygiene reasons they did not take returns on headphones. That would have been totally acceptable if it was listed and or advised when the product was purchased, let alone given to us in the condition it was. They refused to process a refund or give us any type of credit.

I would like to give a shout out to George who went over and above delivering and setting up my mom's TV. She is a senior and he put the TV she was using while waiting for new one back into her bedroom setting it up for her and putting her coffee table back in place and disposing of old TV. Thank you very much. You guys rock.
