Dr. Cy

I was waiting for 45 minutes passed my appointment time before I had the chance to speak to the doctor. After waiting another 10 minutes in the room I spoke to him for a total of about 3 mins.He was very passive about my concerns and let me know he couldn’t see them from where he was standing or they’re “normal” marks. Unfortunately, I Would not recommend him.

Tl;DR Beware the reception.passive aggressive receptionist, asked me 3 times what my issue was, explained it, and was continued to be asked what the issue was. Despite, agreeing to all available routes.

Doctor is always nice and the receptionists are friendly. There’s a lot of reviews saying otherwise, but I’ve had a good experience every time I’ve went.

I have seen Dr. Cy several times over the past couple of years and have always found him pleasant, relaxed and concerned. He also seems very knowledgeable.

One of the worse administrations I have come across. Very discriminatory Attitude toward immigrants and the front desk doesn't feel any obligation to respond to the queries of their patients. The staff feels that patients appear on time for their appointment, but makes you sit for an hour and when asked at the front desk they will tell you to rebook if waiting after appointment time is bothering you. In addition, they will not book your appointment at the front desk because you are disappointed and instead want you to call and make another appointment. Total unprofessional place. Never going back.

It took a very long time to be able to book an appt. to see Dr. Cy. But with the initial visit, he took a biopsy and found that I had a very rare but serious pyroderma. The lesion had baffled other medical staff for over a years, who treated it with antibiotics, which just made the condition & my health worse. It was his specific medical knowledge that saved my leg and also was able to work with the hospital surgeon's it treat it with autoimmune & anti-inflammatory drugs.He has helped me when no other Dr. will go the extra mile and he allows me to call him for advise whenever I have a flare up. We need more Dr. Cys and all specialists so people do not need to wait months and end up in the emergency wards for surgury. If I had been able to see a medical dermatologist in a timely manor, I probably would not have had to have 3 emergency surgeries which cost the health care system $$$$ and I may not be disabled.Covid made a bad medical health situation worse. But at least Dr. Cy came to my rescue while so many other Doctors gave up on me, because I was too much trouble and time for them.Thank you Dr. Cy and other Dr,s that will go the extra mile.Catherine Eby

Not sure why this clinic has such bad reviews.The receptionist was very normal not rude at all .I did wait about 30 minutes to be brought to a room. And another 10 minute's waiting to see the dr. Wich in my opinion is normal. The dr was very nice . He listened to me explain my situation had a look at my scalp and suggested what my options were .I chose to have a biopsy. He asked me to have a seat for about 30 minutes. They called me back in 10 minutes later . I had my biopsy and that was it . I was done. Not a bad experience at all.

Unable to leave no stars. Referred by my oncologist because I needed to be followed after my lumpectomy. Not interested in my family history or my personal previous diagnoses. He couldn't see anything from across the room and determined that my cancer situation was not dire enough for him. He was condescending and rude. Waited months for nothing, very frustrating.

Front desk staff is very cold and snobby.Had to wait an hour to be seated in a room, and then another 20 minutes till Dr Cy came in.He didn't even check my scalp, he ordered me shampoo and left.First time and the last time I will see him.

I've been seeing Dr.Cy for over two years now and I see him almost every month. We've made great progress with my illness. He's thorough, looks at all the options and discusses them with you. He's very gentle , soft-spoken and kind. I recommend Dr.Cy highly. The receptionists are always friendly and generally flexible. It took only 4 weeks to see him initially after my referral and ever since I've been seeing him monthly, I don't have to usually wait long.
