The worst!!! Tore the front plate off my SUV. The staff let 3 more cars go through before they retrieved it for me. No apology or anything. The wash job was crummy. Their machine must be out of whack. What a lousy car wash! They have lost my business for good!

Amazing service by Sukhpal who was manning the Cashier position tonight. He went above and beyond to accommodate my party bus and ensure we had enough ice. This is the type of service we need in this Country. We need more people like Sukhpal ✅✅✅✅✅

Pretty certain I had my credit card skimmed at one of the pumps here. Be wary of this location at night.

I filled up with gas last Friday. While filling I noticed that my car was dirty so I sprung for “The Ultimate” car wash. When I got home, I saw that the car wash had left streaks everywhere and also missed all the recessed areas. It looked far worse than prior to the “wash”. I took a bunch of pictures and called the store to advise them and seek remedy. I was told I would have to drive back right away for some to see it. I explained I lived 20 min away and being that it was dinner time, I would prefer to come the following morning. I was told that a manager would call me back as soon as possible, and if not, for sure the next day to let me know what they could do. We are at 5 days, and I assume that they figured I would forget about it.Addition!!! Finally got a call 5 days later. They basically told me it was my fault for not inspecting close enough when I left. Next time (ya right ) look closer. I was putting my vehicle through their ultimate car wash which was supposed to include the triple foam wash, this never happened!I received the most basic wash, and when I went in to complain I was told by the attendant that he couldn't do anything as the manager wasn't there and that I had to wait for the manager to come back on Monday, I was there on Saturday.I asked the attendant to call his manager as I had came from a different city and didn't want to go through the hassle of coming back, he ultimately refused to do so.It is my opinion that any large corporation/business should have a manager/supervisor available to attend to customer issues/complaints at all hours of the day that their business is open, that is simply customer service, taking care of your customers on a timely and convenient way should always be a priority!

I have very bad experience for this 3155 king George blvd. Surrey gas station car wash.I went there to wash my car and after that I have found out my front of license plate holder be damaged by the car wash machine. I talked to the manager this morning about the matter. she just told me well.. they can not do anything about that.... the gas station car wash machine damaged the holder and do not going to response... !!!!! I am going to give this station 0000 for rate.
