To accomplish the kitchen redesign I wanted, the door to the deck had to be removed and instead the dining room window converted to patio doors. I found Red Robin and couldn't be happier with the service and the results. They accommodated me with an earlier work date when the orignal date conflicted with the kitchen installers. The workers were very professional, friendly and did an outstanding job. Although the house is old (1964) you can barely tell where the door has been bricked in. Emails were returned promptly and every person I dealt with from the guy who gave the original quoatation, to the office staff provided great customer service. I have no hesitation in recommeding Red Robin.

The team at Red Robin were very nice and prompt with their communication. They rebuilt our chimney (roof up) and replace about 20 bricks around the garage on our 50 year old house. Once done, they cleaned everything up, including the new brick faces so it looks like nothing was done. I highly recommend them.

Had to have my old chimney rebuilt.After getting a few estimates, I decided to use Red Robin. I must say they did a excellent job on the rebuild. After they completed the work, they cleaned everything up, it was like they where never there. The guys are true professionals.They are doing some work on my friends house in the Leaside area.Super friendly and very respectful to all, the neighbors.Superior customer service!You just would not find this level of customer service with Jiffy.The so called Jiffy Pros" it just ain't happening!Red Robin Masonry is the way to go

I highly recommend Red Robin Masonry. John came immediately to give a detailed and fair estimate, and Jake and Lindsay did excellent work to replace our chimney. They worked long hours to get the work finished in poor weather, and kept the work area spotlessly clean the entire time. I contacted Dave later about doing a different job and he was kind and patient in answering all my questions. Excellent company and great work ethic.

We had our chimney rebuilt in the spring. From quote to finish, I was extremely impressed with Red Robin. They were quick to quote and after the work was done and bill paid they were very responsive to some questions we had. Jessie and his team were professional, friendly, and made sure to give updates along the way and always asked if we had any questions along the way. I can’t recommend them enough! The price was competitive with the other quotes we received.

I hired Red Robin Masonry for some work that needed to be done on the side of the house as well as some minor work that needed to be done in other parts of the house. The person who came out for the initial visit (John) was very professional, did a thorough inspection, and made it clear to us what work was necessary and what work was not. The people who came to do the work were also professional. I would definitely consider doing business with them again in the future. Thank you Red Robin on a job well done.
