Amazing kennel, amazing owner, amazing location. We've been around Calgary for a long time and it is 100 percent worth the drive to Gone Wild. Dave the owner is the best, with dogs AND people (a rare combination I find!). Fair pricing and quick communication. Check it out!

Gone Wild Kennels
A fantastic location just outside of Calgary AB that has everything your pup needs. Dave runs a great business and loves his four legged tenants while also showing who is boss. My dog has been twice for multi-day stays and have always felt he is in good hands with Dave. The icing on the cake, Dave makes his own honey (Gone Wild Honey), which is for sale at the location - if there is any stock left. I will continue to use Gone Wild Kennels, 100% worth the couple extra km's outside the city.

Gone Wild Kennels
Uncle Dave is amazing with all the dogs! The wide open play spaces are great to tire out a very active border collie. Our boy expresses his excitement in song every time we get close to the kennel gates! We recently boarded our cat who required daily meds in a large open room full of sunlight & climbing towers. We are thankful for this kennel & it’s proximity to home!

Gone Wild Kennels
Our dog Leo loves Uncle Dave and playing with his friends at Gone Wild Kennels! Leo was 4 months old when he went to Dave for a long weekend. It just about killed us to leave our little one, but Dave made everyone feel like it was home-away-from-home. Now Leo goes to Dave for short trips, long trips, and just for the day if Mom and Dad are busy with work and our own play! I am so thankful we found Dave and Gone Wild.

Gone Wild Kennels
Our 12 year old Australian Shepherd stayed at Gone Wild for 5 days. He seemed well rested and happy when we picked him up. There's lots of room for the dogs to roam and play and they get outside for extended periods each day. Very clean and very professional. Dave instills a serene atmosphere for the dogs with his deep knowledge of how to minimize conflict and friction among them.I will use them again and I highly recommend Gone Wild!

Gone Wild Kennels
We, and are lab, absolutely love gone wild kennels. Our dog has zero nervousness at pick up or drop off, and clearly loves and trusts the staff. They communicate very easily and quickly with us, and booking is always a breeze. Our family uses their facility as well, and during a sick time with their retriever gone wild went way over the top to make sure he was brought too, and treated by a local vet, while regularly updating us on his condition. Would recommend them to anyone needing kennel services.

I really like that this is a smaller kennel with a consistent person handling the dogs. I feel confident leaving my dog here because it is obvious how well Dave knows, and handles dogs. He works hard to create a calm and relaxed environment for them and doesn't put up with bad behaviour. Lots of outdoor time and very large space for them to run and be dogs. Appreciate Dave's daily Facebook posts where he captures and comments on his client's activities - makes for a much better vacation when you can see your dog is having a great time!

Gone Wild Kennels
Our two cats stayed at gone wild for three nights. The cat facility is fantastic. Large rooms filled with cat trees and toys. Our cats seemed very comfortable and relaxed when we went to pick them up. They didn’t want to leave the tree. And their cat cuddler, Catherine, is lovely ! Will definitely be going back.

Gone Wild Kennels is fantastic, Our dog was well looked after and seemed to have become better behaved than when she went in. We also appreciated the regular Facebook posts with pictures of all the dogs playing together, this allowed us to see our dog while we were away and see that she was happy at the Dog Spa""
