I had a good experience having the blinds installed. However, we have had issues with the remotes, and it is impossible to get help fixing or replacing them with this company, even though they offer a 5-year warranty. They do not honor it.

I hardly post reviews but the service from this guy forced me to post my experience. I called and made an appointment as this place is not too far from my place. We agreed to meet at this place but the guy didn’t show up on time. When called, he told me he is 5-10 minutes away. So after waiting for almost 25 minutes, this guy shows up. I thought it can happen as he may be stuck in traffic so decided to give him another chance. We asked about different choices and asked him to do a site visit. After few weeks I provided him address of the new house and other required information. Then I messaged him to confirm that he received the address and okay to go get the measurements of the windows and provide a quote. He acknowledged that he received all the info. I followed up after a week to find out if he has gone out and able to provide quote. That was 2 weeks ago. No concept of customer service and basic manners, surprised to see people praising his services but I had a totally different experience. Will not recommend, better off taking your business somewhere else.
