Karoll and her team are fantastic. Excellent authentic food and a nice atmosphere too! They also sell their delicious plantain chips in bags at a great price. Would highly recommend!

The place is very nice decorated, restaurant-bar, live DJ, dancing and excellent customer service, Latin food from different countries, also beverages. We tried Carne Asada, Colombiana (From Colombia) and Refajo (Mixed with beer). On a nice environment with great Latin music.

I'm 56 years old, and it has been a long time time since I find myself being excited by the flavors I was teasing. But their brunch buffet surprised me. There were about 10 items, but they were all very flavorful and complementary. Will definitely be returning.

Ahh what amazing Food and atmosphere I can not wait till they host a salsa night. What a perfect venue to Rent. Plus there is amazing brunch every Sunday. What’s more we actually had a table of twelve and we could all talk and see each other and chat. They set things up sooo perfectly. Did I mention the food and freshness and different features each week .

I have used Karolls Catering for several years and for different functions. The food and service has always been amazing. I have dined in at Salas, had take out and delivery...and all were great! Not only do they have authentic Hispanic food but they can prepare anything you ask for. I highly recommend them for any size of function...or just pop in for lunch, dinner, or some great salsa dancing on Sat. nights.

This is a must eat in Lethbridge. The staff was so friendly and qwelcoming. Food was amazing with huge portion sizes. The atmosphere made us feel like we were amongst close family and friends. Looking forward to coming on a Friday evening.
