Ordered a hand crafted taro and golden lily. Taro had like a hard yogurt lumpy texture never had this at any other bubble tea places.... the other tea had no sugar, i asked for regular sugar level... too many choices sometimes gets difficult lol I can't wait to tray another taro at a different location to compare if i got a bad tea or lack of experience at bubble tea....

Tapioca is always well made, pretty fast service. But beware if you order pick up through the chatime app at this location, they automatically add on an 'eco bag' fee which you have no choice to opt out of, even if you don't want a bag! Last time I got charged for this AND didn't receive a bag for my drink (not that I needed one)

I just found out there is a new Chatime location in Scarborough location today thanks to their newsletter with Free Shipping from Jan 15 - 23rd, 2021.My order got here super quick as it is much closer to my house comparing to the Midland and Finch location. My drinks are still cold and tasty <3One feature that I want the new Chatime Online order website to have is to include a place where I can enter my phone so that I can collect my Chatime points every time I order online.I placed 4 drinks today and I think my 4 points going to be wasted.

This location is unfortunately not the most organized and some staff are not efficient. I waited awhile to order and I was next in line. Once I got to the front, the staff member was slow. I am assuming the person was a trainee but no sign to indicate this. Once my order was put in, it took 10 minutes before another staff realize I have been standing there quite some time. It was determined one of my two drinks was missing and they quickly made it. Unfortunately, they also made it incorrectly. At this point, I just wanted to leave. The store had a line up and they were too busy for my comfort. I will not be going here again until reviews indicate this place is more organized and efficient.

Edit: previously gave a 4 star rating but at this point, I’ve ordered from here a couple more times and I don’t think the mistakes can be boiled down to being a coincidence (photo attached of my pearl milk tea with no pearls). The staff here must just not be well trained.___I’ve ordered for delivery from here three times and encountered issues every time.First time was an online order through Chatime’s website and it never arrived. It wasn’t made clear whether it was the store’s fault or the courier but wanted to include this as it was my first experience ordering from this location.The next two times I ordered from UberEats.Second time, I got a Thai milk tea and it was way too strong, didn’t taste like how TMT usually tastes from other locations.Third time, I ordered TMT again and it seems like they didn’t put any milk in the drink at all (photo attached).Other than the issues mentioned the rest of the drinks I ordered were fine so I’m only taking off 1 star.

Received outstanding service from Eugene this evening. He eagerly greeted us upon our arrival and was the first Chatime employee who explained the reward program to me. I have been a Chatime customer for many years and until now experienced “meh” service. Thank you Eugene for making a difference.

I love chatime!! And they finally opened one near me!!! The staff is amazing and very patient with you. The drinks are amazing too, this location is very consistent when making my drink. Would definitely recommend to my friends and family!! Order the jasmine green milk tea with sago and you would not regret it!!

I've been to this location many times after it has recently just opened, and all I can say are positive things. The store is clean and well organized, the training staff knows what they're doing and team works amazing together. I've not once received a bad order, they make sure to check over my drinks before handing it out to me. Perfect example of customer first 10/10!

Tucked in the back corner of the plaza. Never had an issue with ordering here using the app or in person. Never crazy busy the times I have come. Always tasted as it should with minimal wait time.
