I was searching for an inspector to conduct a building inspection for a small commercial property and came across this website and inquired about a quote. Firstly, Mr. Brice's communication style I found was not very friendly and almost condescending. His quote was astronomical compared to others I received, for the exact same service and qualifications. He quoted me $4,700+tax. I decided to go with another inspector who did a very detailed inspection with a thorough report and had very good reviews on Google. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and his quote was $4,000 less! Would not recommend Pacific West BC. Just because we are a commercial business does not mean you can arbitrarily charge 1000's more.
