Can’t say enough great things about this place! My daughter rented all her furniture for her first apartment from here. She found everything she was looking for and more! Plus, delivery was seamless and fast. I’m horrible with names, but I specifically remember the delivery drivers name because he was so friendly. Jorge helped carry some HEAVY stuff for my daughter with a smile on his face! 10/10 would rent from here again. Thank you Rent-A-Center!

I have dealt with quite a few rent a centers over the years and none of them even come close to the customer service level this one has! I have anyways worked with people so I know what it takes to leave everything at the door and make each customer feel like they are the top priority. The staff members in that store work together to get everything done. They do not look run down and miserable like other employees I have dealt with. They listen to concerns and are willing to help without judgment. As far as the store goes I always feel welcome when I go in. They’re always someone greeting me. I can actually walk around the store because it is not cluttered like other stores. This store actually displays the furniture so you can shop rather than having it set up like a warehouse. I will keep coming back to this location time after time. Thank you all at 531 Columbia Rd!

From start to finish I have to say, they were fantastic! The manager Anilia, was awesome! Very knowledgeable! She took care of me thru the delivery process which was same day and went very smoothly! The guys Jorge and Eli were very pleasant and respectful of my home and were in and out within 20 minutes! This rent a center has earned my business for the long run!

The store is well kept and the employees are friendly respectful and knowledgeable of the products offered. Deliveries and furniture set up are made on time I am more than please with the professionalism I received from this store.

I walked into the store and was immediately greeted by the staff making me feel welcomed. I was amazed at how clean and organized the store was. The staff was very attentive and very informative. The transaction went very smoothly and the delivery date for my furniture was already set right away. The delivery drivers were very professional and careful with all of my furniture and my home. They even had great communication from start to finish. I appreciate all of their efforts in making sure nothing was damaged. I will recommend this store and their staff to anyone they won't disappoint.
