The absolute worst company we’ve ever had the displeasure of attempting to do business with… multiple times we were told we would receive a call back regarding an installation only to never get any sort of call and were forced to call back ourselves… had an appointment scheduled where we were told that we would receive help when one of the workers arrived, and when they called us while the worker was on route to our house they told us that they had never agreed to have the worker help us move the item, so they turned around mid way to our house and cancelled the appointment… if you want to have your time wasted and be treated like you’re worthless then this is the company for you; however, if you want any actually work done or competent customer service then I would go with literally any other company.

Walked in, the women we meet we just leaving for lunch but she stayed and talked with us answering our questions for almost 40 minutes. She was helpful, knowledgeable, cheerful and very polite. We haven't conducted business here yet but it looks like a good start.

Progas did the initial installation! Called they said aprox. 2 weeks! What a joke. Too busy with new business , seems like they don’t care to service exiting customers with an issue! Will never call again…….

We have been very happy with the equipment installed by Pro-Gas and the occasional service calls when requested. A very happy customer!

I had a new propane furnace installed by Pro-Gas in my house 6 years ago. I've called them twice now since installation asking for a service call just to inspect the furnace before the heating season. Both times I was told I lived outside their normal service area but they would try to send someone and would call me back. Twice, they never called back. This used to be a steady reliable company but customer service now seems to be a low priority if you don't live in Mindemoya.

Hired by Superior Propane to do a mandatory inspection. At the end of the inspection, he installed 2 clamps and 5 inches of wire to ground the gas line. I received a $110 bill for those clamps and the work to install them which took about 2 minutes (that's in addition to the bill from Superior for the inspection).

3 calls and messages left, no reply or response of any kind. I even left the reference number from GE Canada. Ended up buying the part elsewhere and installed myself. 3 of my friends have had similar experiences or inflated prices compared to other companies. Beware

The most terrible customer service could not a answer a question over a 5 day period with a picture of what was needed. a hose my advice do not use them.

Well unless you want them and can wait three weeks for them to come then don't bother. I asked for a propane hose twice now. First time she gave a list that I would need so I left with nothing. Second time I called from home with all information. I was told some one would call me back in over a week from now. All I wanted was to pick up the propane line they are making an easy job impossible so I call there workers to come and fix on there time.

We are happy with their service and good quality products.
