Exceptional service from Mike. This was the first time having our chimney swept having moved into a new property and Mike was super knowledgeable and really friendly, would definitely recommend and will be using Smoky Pistols again for our annual sweep! He even left a gorgeous set up of candles and set the fire ready to use! Really reasonable rate as well! Thank you again!

Great service, very friendly and a good price too.Mike kept everything very clean and tidy and even gave advice on using the stove more efficiently based on the ash he was seeing.Mike also left the stove ready to loaded and ready to use, complete with some candles and matches!We'll definitely be coming back to Mike for our regular servicing and have already booked in for next year's clean!

If you need a Chimney sweeper please look no further. Mike was brilliant in the way he carries out his service. He is attentive, he involves his customers during the service he carries out. He is so knowledgeable and passionate about the work he does. He only carries out excellent work at the highest level. Don't bother looking for Chimney sweepers else where as you would be wasting your time. Go to smokyPistols for an excellent service.

If I could give Mike 6 stars, I would. His knowledge and describing everything in a way easy to understand made all the difference. Very friendly, offered great advice on all the questions I threw at him, did an excellent job while keeping everything extremely tidy, and was very honest and transparent about the entire process. Not generally one to write reviews, but Mike of Smokey Pistols did a stellar job just before Christmas on my log burner and chimney. As well as cleaning the whole set-up, the education Mike provided on best practice, safety and getting the most out of my burner has made a serious difference. Top chap and highly recommended

Mike was great. Arrived on time. Was knowledgeable and a clean worker - left no mess. Dressed both fireplaces with logs and candles before he left. Issued certificate. One chimney had a gas fire and one was an unused open fire. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Mike is absolutely superb. We've now used him three times. He's absolutely meticulous with everything he does, and has consistently offered fantastic advice & suggestions for how to get the most out of our stove - in terms of safety, efficiency and care. His communication around appointment booking, time of arrival and preparation is superb. One of the most professional tradespeople we've ever worked with. Cannot recommend highly enough. Thanks Mike!

Super friendly, professional and reliable and always does a great job. He's a fountain of information, who's always on hand to offer advice on how best to look after your fireplace and when to have the chimney swept. He's very respectful and tidy and keeps you posted on what he's doing. He also very kindly leaves the fireplace looking lovely with complementary candles and sets up the fireplace with wood ready for use which is a really lovely touch!
