Loblaw Pharmacy

Worst sevice ever, we are visiting Toronto from Ottawa, we forgot our kids over the counter medicine medicine at home. Waited for 25 minutes for a consultation 8:25pm to to 8:50pm- THEY WERE NOT BUSY!!!Then when they finally came, she said we dont have it.I politely tried to ask for advice regarding a substitute and tried to explain my child’s situation but she refused to listen and started screemiming at me: «  WE DON’T HAVE IT!!! »Total interaction time 25 seconds.I was in SHOCK!!!!Never seen such horrible service in my life..Turned around and left immediately.I have only excellent customer service experiences in Toronto.I know this is not representative of Toronto but This is NOT how human beings are treated!!SHAME!!!Zero stars is too much to give..

Heidi at the pharmacy today was very helpful. I have been there a few times and this is the first time I've had a very good experience.

If they get your phone number wrong the first time, might as well find another pharmacy; they'll never be able to fix that error.

Three female employees there, two at the back, one at the front drop-off desk, people are lining up quickly but the two Asian ladies are not coming up to help, no intention at all. What a customer service

CAn i give 0 stars? Worst service I've ever experienced. I wouldn't never bother reviewing a pharmacy out of all things if I didn't think it was a public safety concern. No care whatsoever for clients well being.
