BEWARE!! Dishonest with invoices and. receipts. Hidden fees and always has excuses. The 5 star review is likely a relative based on last name. I would have given no stars but not an option.

Hiring a contractor for large jobs is an important issue. Thankfully Rayec Renovations was referred to me. Kevin came to discuss the changes I wanted. While we did the walk through he explained both pros & cons of my ideas. He checked for issues that could up & how we would deal with them. Recommended where I could save money, so as not to incur extra cost to me. His team was experienced, conscientious of their work & easy to get along with. Best news for me, he came under budget, so I am able to replace a few needed windows & door. Thank you Kevin & team. I would give you more stars if I could.

BUYER BEWARE, VERY DISHONEST PERSON AND CHARGES WAY TOO MUCH FOR BAD WORK. No idea how he got good reviews he must have paid for them or gave a discount. This guy named Kevin is a liar. He runs the company and this company should be shutdown.

Kevin runs an awesome business, he works with great trades people who know their work, and he explains everything to you, Ask him a question and he will give you an honest answer. We used him to fully renovate a bathroom and he also fixed up some other deficiencies that he noticed while going through the house.Call him for your next renovation.
