Took vehicle in for windshield stone chip repair. Employee was friendly and straight forward with the repair procedure and process. 15 minutes later it was completed to my satisfaction.

They repaired my Cadillac windshield stone chip and after 4 months the windshield got cracked from the same spot. I went back to Elite auto the guy in the office mentioned due to weather conditions it got cracked further, i told him i just showed to other auto glass repair shop they said previously repair was not done properly, letter he excepted it was their fault and he will adjust the previously paid amount from the new glass replacement cost. Firstly the guy in the office even dont know the glass has auto rain sensor or not , he tried to remove the rear view mirror he dont know how to remove it and finally he quoted $100 CAD over the actual price.
